kaspersky blocking PDF

while i installed kaspersky security security center 10 in the end users , pdf is not working . and when i uninstalled kaspersky . the df is working properly

is there any solution ?

Would you mean you are not able to open pdf through Adobe Reader? Is there any specific error?

 

Does this issue appear on a host with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 installed?

 

If true, is this reproduced with System Watcher disabled?

I have the same problem, some pdf doesn't open (message by adobe reader that the pdf is corrup or dammage) if kapersky endpoint v10 is working.

If I disable Endpoint I can open the pdf.

System watcher is disable.

I am sorry but could you please clarify about system watcher, what happens if you disable it, does it improve the situation?

I am having the same problem. Since installing Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.1.0.867) I can't open PDF files that are sent to me. Specifically, links in Constant Contact.
