Hi Guys, one of my friend owned the Kaspersky Antivirus Premium account which supported multiple devices. He told me currently he have 1 spot for my device to register under his licensed account. May I know is it safe? Will he able to gain control to my device if I install the Antivirus application is under his licensed account. I worried he will able to gain access to my device once my device is registered under his account. The application will be installed from the official site but I'm using the license code he provided to me. Kindly provide me some advices regarding on this. Thanks!

I am facing an issue related to the generation of reports Whenever I try to generate a report for more than 7 days, it always give me data from last seven days and it doesnt change if I try report for last 30 days or 90 days. As the event store is set to 180 days, I still didn't get any events in KSC 14 and 14.2. Also If anyone can explain the flow of events and report generation,. Anyone's help would be appreciated 🙂

К сожалению, пароля на изменение конфигурации нет. Как можно удалить End Point и сопутствующие артефакты ? Просьба помочь )

I have an application that I run daily at my PC startup, every time Kaspersky pops up, and shows that the application with restrictions is attempting to receive sound... No matter what I choose, Remember my choice for this sequence or Trust this application, this pop-up will be there the next time I boot up my PC. It's been 2 years now and it's annoying. Is there any way I can stop this from appearing? I don't use mic in that application so doesn't matter if it was blocked or not.

Hello, I am trying to connect to the ERD Architect Data Modeler website (it is "erdarchitect.com" and is an https site but for obvious reasons I am not putting the full URL here in this note) and Kaspersky keeps indicating that there is a dangerous object trying to download. This object is the Heur:Trojan.script.generic trojan. This occurs in both Firefox and Brave browsers which would be expected. I understand that it is possible the site is in fact infected but I would like to confirm. I recall reading on the Kaspersky site about providing the same information as above in another area of the site so it can be reviewed. Unfortunately, I cannot recall where this is to submit this. I have also included screenshots as well. Can someone direct me to this area so I can see if it is in fact an issue or a false positive? Thank you

I have the Kaspersky unlimited plan loaded on my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried to add my iPhone device to the unlimited plan, and it does not work. I did have a lower level subscription on my iPhone. What do I need to do to add my iPhone to my unlimited plan? David Woods

I just redeemed a Kaspersky TS key I installed it and upgraded to the plus version. After I tried to download KPM it said that I didnt have a sub active. does KTS not come with KPM and KVPN

I have bought a Plus license for this device, but when I try to connect the VPN to the Plus license, it automatically links to the Premium license. Добрый день. Подскажите, где можно увидеть/отредактировать Общий список исключений? У ребёнка компьютер, где установлены запреты на просмотр Youtube, но периодически разрешаем смотреть его. Он кидает запрос и с основной страницы родителя у себя на компьютере я ставлю разрешение для данного видео. При этом, мне не отображается в какой список исключений попал данный запрос и обратно запретить я не знаю где. Установил настройку "Заблокировать все сайты, кроме исключений" , но ранее разрешённые страницы так и открываются у ребёнка. Также поставил запрет на "Программное обеспечение, аудио, видео" , но всё-равно не помогает. Могу сделать вывод, что есть ещё где-то список разрешений, который не отображается, но разрешает. Возможно его как-то можно сбросить, если да, то как? Спасибо! Алексей.

Hallo, wenn ich unter Windows 10 versuche, Kaspersky Plus mit der von My Kaspersky heruntergeladenen Datei "kaspersky4win202121.16.6.467de_35815.exe" zu installieren, kommt es zum Abbruch mit der Meldung "Die Ressource mit den Installationsdateien für dieses Programm ist nicht verfügbar." Warten hat nicht geholfen. Der Support wurde benachrichtigt, hat bisher keine Antwort geschickt bzw. nur die üblichen Hinweise auf Firewall etc.. Habe mein System bereits einmal zum Absturz gebracht und musste ein Image anwenden wegen nicht korrigierbarer Fehler beim Versuch die Windows Firewall zu stoppen. Kann jemand helfen oder was dazu sagen? Danke...

Há alguns sites em que não consigo acessar com a VPN ativada. Para estes, quero criar uma regra de não ativar VPN. Contudo, não consigo acessar essa configuração pelo app, o botão está inválido.

If I open a banking site in Chrome, when it goes to open new secure protected browser it fails -> I then changed the settings in Safe Money from using the default browser (chrome) to use Firefox -> If I now open a banking site in Chrome it still tries to open it in Chrome, so I'm not convinced that safe money setting did anything and yes I've restarted my machine as well. If I have Firefox open and go to a banking site then I get -> I have Windows 10 -> and Kaspersky total security -> The issue also appeared around the same time that Kaspersky VPN updated which I don't use, so I uninstalled that. No difference. I have also uninstalled the last few windows updates from when I noticed the issue, no change.

Hello. I just installed Kaspersky internet security and right away my Lenovo yoga 7i keyboard stopped working. Tried several methods before finding the registry method. Problem is, I follow all the steps, I delete the "klkbdflt" entry from the registry leaving only "kbdclass". I hit ok. I am using Firefox 104.0.2 and Brave 1.43.89 Chromium 105.0.5195 Google announced a vulnerability with Google Chrome recently. I noticed that I had an "older" version. I tried to update it, but could not do so. I needed to shut off Kaspersky to perform an update I updated to 105.0.5195. Since I performed an update Kaspersky seems to be blocking Chrome. I say this because if I turn Kaspersky totally off, I can use Chrome. If I come to a site while Kaspersky is off, I can see it. Sometimes either Chrome or Kaspersky "remembers" the site and will let me see it while Kaspersky is on. Normally I get the following displays on Chrome for "unlearned" sites.
