  2. What is wrong with this antivirus program? I've been using it for a couple of years, no issue. For the past few months, it's been updating multiple times a day requiring program restart. When I click yes to restart the program, it restarts then silently disables itself. I look in my system tray and there's a red Kaspersky icon. I click on it and it says the program is disabled and I have to manually enable it. WTF? Why should I have to manually enable an antivirus program that I did not disable myself? And 5 minutes after I re-enable it, I get another pop up telling me about a new update requiring restart. AGAIN? WTF? Never had to deal with this crap before. Any idea what is going on or how to fix it? Thank you.

I didn't know that this was possible. But of course, this technique makes sense because images are clusters of data and there's data within the data. My question is simple, as the heading implies. Can Kaspersky security suite of software scan images for malware? I've kept website scans of all URLs enabled and I want every website that I visit to be scanned by my Kaspersky antivirus. I want to know, do Kaspersky's anti viruses also scan images along with the URLs on elsewhere on a website? If not, are Kaspersky working on this feature right now? If not, then my request would be to work on this. Thanks.
  4. Does Kaspersky look inside the Docker VM? See Hiding malware in Docker Desktop's virtual machine - Atlassian Community. That article says enough to know there is reason to be concerned but not enough for me to know much more. The important thing is that if Kaspersky does not look inside the Docker VM then it is entirely useless protection from that vulnerability.
  5. Доброго времени суток. У меня такая ситуация: Я начал авторизовываться в своей почте mail.ru и у меня стоит 2FA и номер телефона. Приложение mail.ru на телефон, перед сканированием qr-кода для успешного входа, красный текстом написало: Проверьте адресную строку (что-то типо такого). Я вроде как проверил, все норм. Но, меня испугала эта красная надпись и теперь я паранойю, что авторизовался на фейк-сайте. И меня взломали. Хотя телефон и 2FA привязаны к почте. Судя по логам IP-шников и входов mail.ru что доступны в настройках, везде вроде как мой IP-шник. Наглядных причин взлома почты я не наблюдаю, то есть не странных писем, не SMS-уведомлений на телефон не приходило. Вопрос вот в чем, у меня стоит Касперский, но самый-самый простой. Разрешил бы мне Касперский открыть фейк-сайт? Или же он его бы сразу заблокировал? И еще вопросик: Если у меня на почте привязан номер и 2FA, меня возможно ли как-то взломать, войти на почту, угнать другие аккаунты. Если у меня везде номер телефона и 2FA? Подскажите кто сталкивался с такой проблемой и как правильно ее решить: Стоит KSC 13, агенты и KES 11.10.0.399 все настроено и работает прекрасно, но к свичам SNR не хочет подключаться... Открывается страница ввода пароля и после ввода пароля соединение рвется. Методом научного тыка нашлись 2 виновника (защита от веб угроз и анализ поведения). Ранее общались с тех. поддержкой по решению данной проблемы, даже 2 патча получали, но это не помогло. Временное решение: создал профиль для нужных пк и отключил эти компоненты. Самое интересное что из-за анализа поведения приходится чистить кэш браузера, чтобы заработало (без этого даже с отключеным касперским воспроизводится такая ошибка!). P.S. исключения добавлялись во всевозможные места, но толку не было. В настройках защита от веб угроз > действия при обнаружении угрозы видимо не работает пункт "информировать"...
  7. 1. Windows 10 Pro версия 21H1 2. Kaspersky 21.3.10.391 (j) 2 дня назад начал блокировать любое взаимодействие steam с интернетом. В аккаунт входит, но только в автономном режиме. В стиме пишет код ошибки: -101 (нет подключения к интернету). Пробовал добавлять в исключения в касперском и сам стим и отдельно .exe файлы, отвечающие за взаимодействие с интернетом. Не помогает совершенно, но если выключить антивирус всё сразу работает идеально и без проблем.
  8. I'm using Kaspersky security cloud free. I use the URL Advisor for all website and the green shield icon appears beside every possible URL on every website. While it is a good indicator, it disrupts how some websites are displayed. Image below. This problem is persistent when the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and maybe on other browsers as well, but I have not tested them all. In addition to this, the problem is persistent when Kaspersky URL Adviser and Kaspersky Protection browser extension are both enabled. I've tried enabling only Kaspersky URL Advisor and not disabled the Kaspersky Protection browser extension and this problem does not occur. I've attached an image to illustrate what the problem looks like. RED is a big problem. Yellow is also a problem because the placement or positioning of the Kaspersky icon is poor. The problem mainly happens in Google Videos section and Google News section. Please try to fix. And yes, for the time being I've kept disabled the Kaspersky Protection browser extension. Relevant specs: Windows 10 19044 (as per DxDiag) Kaspersky version: 21.3.10.391 (j) Any popular web browser Hope Kaspersky comes up with a fix.
  9. Hi, We are running Windows 10 21h1 and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.9 since we updated from 11.8 to 11.9 our F5 VPN client doesn't work anymore. I've added *.domain.com/* to the "Trusted Web Addresses" of the "Web Threath Protection component" and added the folling files to the "Scan Exclusion and Trusted Applications" But still it doesn't work. Only when i pause the protection the connection can be established.   10. Good Day: I am running Kaspersky 21.3.10.391 (j) on Windows 10.0.19044 x64 on a Core I7 @ 3.4 ghz. 16 gb. 500 Gigabyte free. I am using Firefox 104.0.2 and Brave 1.43.89 Chromium 105.0.5195 Google announced a vulnerability with Google Chrome recently. I noticed that I had an "older" version. I tried to update it, but could not do so. I needed to shut off Kaspersky to perform an update I updated to 105.0.5195. Since I performed an update Kaspersky seems to be blocking Chrome. I say this because if I turn Kaspersky totally off, I can use Chrome. If I come to a site while Kaspersky is off, I can see it. Sometimes either Chrome or Kaspersky "remembers" the site and will let me see it while Kaspersky is on. Normally I get the following displays on Chrome for "unlearned" sites.

  13. Moin! Wir haben ein kleines Konfigurationsproblem: Domänennetzwerk mit Kas SC 13.2, auf den betreffenden WS ist 11.9 Endpoint Security installiert. Wenn diese Benutzer Überweisungen mit Profi Cash tätigen, bekommen diese am Ende einen Codebase Error von ProfiCash, weil Kaspersky den Hosts aus dem Netzwerk für 30 Minuten ausschließt. Ist auch soweit klar. (Die Benutzer starten dann ihren Rechner neu und sind wieder im Netzwerk). Kaspersky meint das wäre ein Verschlüsselungsangriff mit Trojan.multi.genericcryptor.ksws. Das ist aber definitiv eine Falschmeldung. Jetzt haben wir ein Problem, eine Ausnahme dafür für PC 192.168.1.1 (Beispiel) zu setzen. Wir haben im Cryptmodul schon Ausnahmen gesetzt (in der Richtlinie)für (beispiel) o:\shares\bank und \\File-srv\shares\bank\profi\ selbst die Datei .DR$ haben wir in die Ausnahme gesetzt. Das Problem besteht aber weiterhin. Wir haben selbst den Prozess wpc.exe in die Vertrauenswürdige Zone eingetragen, Fehler kommt trotzdem. Wir kommen eigentlich mit Kaspersky gut klar, aber mit Profi Cash ärgert er es jetzt schon länger. Kann uns jemand ein Tipp geben wo genau wir in der Richtlinie das als Ausnahme definieren müssen ?
  14. Добрый день! Приобрёл лицензию Total Security, на 3 устройства (2 стационарных ПК, 1 ноутбук). В 1 из них планируется замена 1 комплектующего (видеокарты) примерно через месяц. Подскажите, слетит ли лицензия, или никаких проблем не будет? Нужно ли выполнить какие-либо действия после установки новой видеокарты на ПК с активированной лицензией?
  15. In my data drive, which is always included in my full scans, I have some symbolic directory links that link to a network drive. Kaspersky Internet Security is following those links and ends up scanning huge chunks of my network drive, which I don't want to do, at least not in this particular scan. Is there any way to set the scan options so that it does not follow the symbolic links and scan their destinations? System configuration is KIS 21.3.10.391, Windows 10 w/all updates, Dell Precision 7920 workstation. Thank you!

Hello I am using kts on my windows 10 home and kaspersky Kts version 21.3.10.391 (j) This morning (i.e. now when I am writing this) I got this error message :- I have not done anything or clicked anywhere as of yet so this popup is currently on my screen as I type: what should be the proper step for me now ... and kindly help me quickly as the popup is currently open and I haven't selected any of the 3 (delete, skip, add to exclusion) options. Kindly guide me.... as soon as possible thanks!
  17. We have run Kaspersky Total Security and VPN on Windows 10 for many years and have been very happy with the products and the quality of technical support. The situation in respect of Nexway/Kaspersky UK/subscription renewals seems however to have changed radically for the worse since last year. Can anybody suggest a way around the following issues please? We'd like to continue with Kaspersky but will not do so at any cost... We have previously been stiffed by the UK/French company for a huge auto-renewal renewal cost for Kaspersky Total Security which support sorted out - they applied an ~ 50% discount and credited us with the difference. Our understanding was that all auto-renewal permissions were rescinded at that time as requested. Despite this we a few weeks ago discovered that the VPN subscription was auto-renewed by Nexway/Kaspersky UK in late June while we were ill at more than double the cost of the previous year. Trying to renew the Kasperksy Total Security subscription today we're finding that all options except UK/Nexway or other local agents are blocked. That the cost from Nexway/Kaspersky UK has again more than doubled, that the option to delete a credit card from the account is disabled/greyed out, and that the dialogue box forces explicit acceptance of auto-renewal and at whatever price the company feels like charging!!! The geopolitical situation may provide some sort of feeble excuse for a price increase, but the measures adopted to force auto renewals at whatever price the company decides to magic up is utterly unacceptable and amounts to sharp practice. We've taken the matter up with support, but have not had a reply yet. Nor do we know whether support is as before - it may well by now be controlled from Nexway France/Kaspersky UK. We're not however going to accept yet another attempt by a business to use the power of a web platform to bludgeon the customer into signing up to utterly acceptable conditions. Even if the auto-renew and credit card issues are resolved may depending on the market refuse the sort of price increases sought too....

Hi, i can't sign in my skype desktop until i exit kaspersky internet security I can sign in skype on web and and my phone I already add "Manage exclusions" to location on skype folder and still no luck When i try to add "Trusted applications" on skype.exe, kaspersky get crash for no reason For some reason, when i click "details and removes" on "skype-8.83.0.408.tmp" in Manage applications, i get "Application was moved or removed" Or maybe for some reasnon i can't find the real skype on Manage applications list

  21. Hello, This evening I launched Google Chrome dashboard, and I got a notification that Kaspersky had stopped a malicious download. While I'm greatful that it had stopped the download, I have to assume that my computer is compromised, right? I conducted a few full scans by both Kaspersky and Windows Defender, and they found nothing. I haven't had another download happen yet, but I'm unsure on how to check if I'm 100% safe at this point. Can I get some help or advice on what to check for next? Thanks for all the help in advance!
  22. So since around 3 weeks ago I've been having an issue with anti virus causing issues with AI Suite on my computer. I get the following error messages when I attempt to open while Kaspersky is installed, when it isn't I only get one error and that doesn't cause it to not open. The error is as follows : The Service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion, ProgID: "atkexCom.axdata" News on a fix would be gladly welcomed but for now I feel uninstalling the software is the only appropriate way for AI Suite to work.
