O site do nada parou de funcionar depois de anos pegando mesmo utilizando o antivírus. Alguém sabe resolver? Já liberei as URL's no app do antivírus mesmo assim apresenta mesmo problema e também fechei o antivírus e contou com mesmo problema.

Hello, I am facing an issue with enabling the Kaspersky web extension in the Zen browser. I have already tried the following steps: Ensured that the Zen browser is up-to-date. Checked if the Kaspersky extension is listed in the browser's extension/add-on menu. Restarted both the browser and the Kaspersky application. Unfortunately, the extension does not appear or function as expected. Could you please guide me on how to properly enable it? If the Zen browser is not supported, are there any workarounds or plans to support it in the future? Thank you in advance for your assistance! -
Recentemente o HD de uma das máquinas aqui de casa queimou o SSD, logicamente não foi possível desinstalar nada no SSD. Ao comprar um novo e reinstalar o S.O e os aplicativos, o Kaspersky manteve a instalação antiga e criou um novo dispositivo. Ele não deixa eu excluir a conta antiga por estar vinculada a um usuário. Outra coisa que ele não faz é atualizar o nome das maquinas quando eu altero no Windows ou Linux... Alguém tem alguma ideia de como resolver isso, principalmente a exclusão de um dispositivo? Obrigado.

После удаления пароля от настроек Kaspersky Total Security программа стала не только автоматически открываться (как было раньше), а ещё и разворачиваться после запуска, что несколько мне мешает. Есть ли какой-то способ, чтобы автозапуск оставался, но программа автоматически не перекрывала экран после своего запуска? The basic info requested: Windows 10, version 22H2 Kaspersky Premium, version 21.18.5.438(a) The game "Let's Build a Zoo" keeps being flagged as having a trojan under the name of PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic and another under PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic.nblk and Kaspersky shuts it down and deletes the file in question (the .exe of the game). This has rendered the game unplayable. Any time I try to run the game, Kaspersky closes it down with the following report. I have tried to reach out to both the publisher and developer, and they are adamant it is a false positive and that it is because it "was developed on an older software".

Hi all, I cannot use Linkedin chat when Kaspersky is installed on my PC. Send button looks inactive. Affected browsers: Mozilla, Chrome. Working ones: Brave, Librewolf. After uninstalling Kaspersky AV everything works fine again. Other AVs I tried (Bitdefender, Sophos) are not causing this problem. All browsers I tested had no extensions installed. Anybody can help with that? Thanks for replies. -

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue on MediaMarkt.de where I'm unable to accept cookies. I've tested this across multiple browsers on Windows 11, but the problem persists regardless of the browser. I’m using NordVPN, but I don’t think it’s the source of the issue, as NordVPN works without any problems on my work computer where Kaspersky is not installed. When I try to accept "allow all cookies" or manually select cookie preferences, the site doesn’t confirm or save my choice. To troubleshoot, I've already checked Internet Options in the Control Panel and ensured that all cookies are enabled. I’ve also disabled anti-banner browser extensions and tried adding an exception in Kaspersky Premium, but the issue remains. Kaspersky VPN installed itself on all three of my computer devices sometime this week. It took me ages trying to uninstall it because relevant files were either protected against deletion or in use. I finally got rid of it though. I absolutely did not install the program myself as I already use a VPN, and anyway could not have done so on all three computers without knowing. If Kaspersky is going to start installing its programs without my consent then it is going to be deleted completely and an alternative anti-virus program installed. -

В случае с бесплатной версией приложения, есть примерное понимание, как именно происходит проверка неизвестного номера. Приложение обращается в сеть, к облачной базе, где происходит поиск информации о номере, и через несколько секунд, пользователь видит результат. Однако, это работает только в том случае, если у приложения есть выход в сеть, а скорость интернет-соединения достаточно стабильная и быстрая. Что делать пользователям сотовых операторов, у которых нет опции VoLTE, по условиям тарифа, или данная функция, в принципе, недоступна в их регионе? В сетях 4G, в момент звонка, без опции VoLTE, смартфон переключает сеть в очень медленный режим 3G. Сейчас, сотовые операторы, активно отказываются от 3G, в пользу 4G, и перепрофилируют частоты. Если не повезёт, может случиться так, что во время звонка, можно вообще остаться без интернета. А, нет интернета - нет информации о номере через Kaspersky Who Calls, в бесплатной версии. С эти можно что-то сделать, кроме оформления платной подписки, чтобы была офлайн-база, смены сотового оператора или тарифа? Другие определители номеров, решили эту проблему, добавлением офлайн-базы в базовый, бесплатный функционал своих продуктов. В случае с платной версией приложения, у меня вообще нет понимания, как именно происходит проверка неизвестного номера. Используется ли облачная база, для проверки неизвестного номера, если приложение работает в премиум-режиме? Почему офлайн-база обновляются не по определённому расписанию, например, один раз в три часа, а когда ей вздумается? Отсюда, предложение. Пожалуйста, добавьте функцию выбора временного интервала, для автоматического обновления баз, в платной версии Kaspersky Who Calls. Хочется иметь всегда актуальную офлайн-базу, с интервалом автоматической проверки обновлений, каждый час, а то, и полчаса. Зачастую, получается так, что пока, вручную, не обновишь офлайн-базу, неизвестный номер не будет определён. Офлайн-база может не обновляться автоматически несколько часов, хотя, при ручной проверке, обновление загружается на устройство.- 1 reply

Hello. I have been having a problem with the Autotrader.co.uk website for some time now. For some reason, my Kaspersky is blocking me from searching for cars. After turning off the antivirus, everything returns to normal. Nothing was changed, everything previously worked without any problems. Thank you for all your help.

My Kaspersky application is not starting, like when I click on the icon to open it, nothing happens. However, the VPN and the Password Manager works fine. The problem started after Kaspersky Premium tried to update itself. I saw it had a window open, a screen for an update. I used the computer doing other stuff for several hours, but the progress bar did not move an inch. Finally, I turned off the computer to go to bed. Now it doesn't start. In the My Kaspersky window, it shows the databases are out of date. I clicked the button to update it, but no update is happening. Sidenote: there is random Russian text on top of the screen, which I assume is a localization bug. I guess I need to reinstall it? But it seems weird that it suddenly breaks by itself without me actively doing anything with it. Lastly, if I need to reinstall it, do I need to first uninstall it? If so, do I just use the uninstallation button in the apps' category in the settings menu?

OS: Windows 11 Version 23H2 Kaspersky: Kaspersky Premium V. 21.18.5.438(a) Hello. I've receiving notifications for network attack blockers on a daily basis with the following name: Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP On the notification, there's the Mac Address. Upon inspecting it, I have figured that's the highlighted Mac Address is the router's MAC Address. A few days ago, there was also another network attack name, also being pointed to the router's MAC address: DoS.Generic.Flood.TCPSYN, the same minute as one of the Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP notifications. I've reseted the modem to factory defaults and changed passwords. Ever since this DoS.Generic.Flood.TCPSYN hasn't came up again. But I still receive the Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP on a daily basis. What could this mean? Is it likely, due to it being the routers MAC Address that it's a false positive? -
Olá, boa tarde a todos. Como já diz no título do tópico, o Kaspersky Premium não atualiza o banco de dados quando a VPN está ativa, está ficando chato isso, porque de hora em hora recebo um alerta do Windows sobre o antivírus e quando vejo é o Kaspersky avisando que o banco de dados está desatualizado, daí eu tenho que desligar a VPN e deixar o antivírus atualizar pra poder ligar a VPN novamente. Me deem uma LUZ por favor. Fiz uma gravação do que acontece.

Boa noite, me chamo gustavo e estou com um problema que está me estressando muito, a um tempo acabai sofrendo com um programa licenciado por um empresa que no fim, mesmo sendo pago era um malware que acabou vazando dados meus e me deixando bem impotente, dai por recomendação de um amigo assinei o plano da Kaspersky plus. realmente não tive mais problemas com isso, mas em contra partida pouco tempo depois percebi que o celular de minha mãe estava com o e-mail dela alterada e varias coisas da própria área de trabalho do celular dela alteradas. Depois de fazer algumas verificações averiguei que sim era um trojan e que ele tinha roubado bastante dados da minha mãe, além de ter trocado varias senhas e ter tentado entrar nas suas contas bancarias. Como não sou muito bom nesse tipo de problema, para evitar ser mais problemático coloquei um anti vírus no celular dela que encontrou o problema e me livrei dele. Contudo um dia depois meu colega de quarto também foi atacado, perdeu varias contas, discord, redes sociais, steam, recuperamos tudo, contudo não entendemos como isso tinha acontecido, resolvemos, mudamos a rede wi-fi, senha e etc, formatamos o roteador e o computador dele, mas hoje ele foi atacado novamente, ainda pior porque perdeu aceso a uma de suas contas bancarias, sua conta salario. Eu realmente não faço ideia o que posso fazer para acabar com esse problema, estou pensando em formatar simplesmente todos os eletrônicos da rede por medida desesperada, mas eu realmente não faço ideia como resolver e gostaria de alguma orientação. Por hora minha maquina está segura, mas não tenho mais nenhuma noite de sono ficando a espreita, olhando cada notificação, cada mudança com medo de perder algo novamente. Uma coisa que gostaria de acrescentar que as senhas que usamos são feitas pelo próprio edge reconhecidas como senhas fortes, não tem ligação nenhuma com nada nosso, não anotamos ela no dispositivo e a única forma dele de fato acessar é de alguma forma controlando nosso computador. Isso está acontecendo a mais o menos 6 dias. O computador dele eu considero que foi o mais vulnerável pq ele tem um costume de deixar ele sempre ligado, e ligado a rede, por isso imagino que o mesmo está ou estivesse na rede wi-fi. Olhamos alguns fórum e temos receio do hacker estar em nivel kernel de algum dispositivo, já que os anti virus não parecem funcionar para o detectar. No primeiro problema, quando meu colega de quarto foi hackeado, entramos no painel de controle e revogamos acesso a rede de praticamente todos os apps, deixando somente acesso ao sistema do win 11 e apps necessários, excluindo acesso a todos os outros para ter acesso a internet.

Installation of Premium on Mac (Ventura) just not working

Hi all, struggling quite a lot to find the problem with my installer. Recently paid for an upgrade to premium and wanted to download it on my mac Installer won't progress, and I keep getting told that "The data couldn’t be written because of an error in the destination for the data". Have tried everything, I've uninstalled kaspersky IS, have rebooted multiple times, have update my system, have even checked the tmp files and all seems in order. Any advice?? -

Hello, I work in an I.T. company, and we manage a couple of companies' antivirus infrastructure. I began to manage another company, and went through the usual motions of setting it up, however I couldn't download the distribution packages, it just loads nothing, barren. Something was giving me weird vibes when I had to accept the agreement, took me a few hours of trial and error, but it loaded and I accepted. Now it doesn't give me the distros. What do I do? I contacted their e-mail, and even their office in my country but they refuse to pick up. P.S. Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, User European Edition 15-19 Build version: 24.9.1.14- 3 replies

Estou tendo um problema de estabilidade de rede desde quando contratei o Kaspersky Premium(Serviço de antivírus é ótimo, resolveu um BO q tinha na maquina), via muito quando jogava LOL em que toda hora ficava: "Reconectando... Aguarde", até então achava que era problema no provedor de internet e acontecia muito tbm qnd estava em reunião de vídeo em que o vídeo caia e voltava depois retornava, até que perguntei para outras pessoas na residência e ninguém estava om esse problema, testei de tentar desinstalar os drivers da maquina e reinstalar, atualizei os drivers de rede no site do fabricante, mas nada adiantou, até q desinstalei o antivírus e consegui achar o problema...

Eu adoraria aderir um plano de 1 ano para 1 dispositivo que, seria o meu computador mas, poxa vida, por eu ser portador de TDAH, acabo meio que confuso em uma parte. O plano alega ser 69,90 durante o período de 1 ano. Vem alguma cobrança mensal ou, é um valor único CASO eu não opte por refazer assinatura? E outra, eu sei que quanto mais dispositivos o valor é outro, mas, posso comprar confiando que virá uma compra única de 69,90 durante 365 dias ou, enfim, como funciona isso????

Olá, eu havia instalado o QT Designer para fazer um projeto e depois o desinstalei pelo painel de controle, depois fui checar os meus aplicativos no Kaspersky e vi que os arquivos do QT Designer ainda estavam lá. E o estranho é que a maioria estava listado como "confiavel" mas tinha 2 arquivos listados como "baixa restrição". Alguém pode me ajudar? odeio lixo no meu computador.
