Hi I bought Kaspersky Premium Security for 3 devices "2 year subscription" via website (I created my account on the website login into it and then I bought 2 year subscription). Since this was through website and was my first purchase hence I got it for $50 USD or something Now when I login to mykaspersky account. I see 4xx days remaining along with VPN, Password Manager and all the products it comes with. I also see "Payment Method" which says auto-renewal for 1 year for $5x.xx USD. My questions: Can I buy 2 year subscription for 3 devices again for the same amount using the same account?. So this way, the new 2 year subscription will stay in my account and can be utilized once the current subscription is over - giving me additional 2 years. My reason is simple, I need additional 2 year subscription on my Kaspersky login portal early rather then later when current subscription expires (with auto renewal off) - because the renwal will give 1 year subscription for $50 or something.

Hola, Tengo kaspersky Premium y desde hace unos dias no puedo descargar ningun fichero, ni desde cualquier web ni desde drive ni onedrive, siempre me da el error de "virus Detectado". Buscando por foros dicen que s on falsos negativos de windows defender pero no lo tengo activo, sólo esta kaspersky. He pasado todos los analisis posibles y sigue sin solucionarse el problema. Lo he probado tanto en chrome como en edge. Y tengo windows 11 Necesito ayuda. Gracias

I have a problem, I think my computer have a virus, this virus it´s not detected by the antivirus, I found this files when I was installing Kaspersky they requested to me, access to full disk after that the computer haver a strange comportment. actually I watch when I connected to the internet a web without name this isn´t detected in Kaspersky with smart home monitor. I´m not an engineer y have a user with a problem, may I can help me?

When I subscribed to Kaspersky, I was in Turkey. And thus, whenever I download their software, it has a Turkish interface. Now I am in the UK, but that does not help, the app still downloads in Turkish. I wrote to their support but the formal answer they gave me appeared to be of no use. Is there a way to get their app in a different language? I use Kaspersky for Windows. Thank you.

Eu tenho o Kaspersky Premium no meu computador, mas eu venho notando que depois de cerca de uma hora com o computador ligado ele fica sem internet. Investigando mais a fundo eu descobri que o processo "kadv" estava derrubando a minha internet, no exato momento que eu forço ele a encerrar no monitor de recursos a internet volta com força total de forma instantânea. Tentei gravar a tela, mas eu não posso anexar o vídeo aqui O que eu posso fazer para resolver o problema?

Hallo, seit längerem versuchte ich schon von Windows 11 23H2 -> 24H2 upzugraden, was gescheitert ist und mein Verdacht lag an einer älteren Soundkarte und hatte deshalb die weiteren Upgrades unterbunden. Recommend against buy Kaspersky. They are not keeping up with technology. For over 6 years, they have been writing about ARM architecture and for 1.5 years, they have been saying they are upgrading so their products can work with laptops using ARM. But they can't do it still, so you are wasting your money if you buy from them. I was convinced to upgrade to Premium and it won't work with my new laptop. Calling them Kaspersky KRAP now.

I have bought a new suscription to Kaspersky Premium, Before that I had an old suscription to Kaspersky VPN... So the problem is that the VPN is taking the old Suscription caducated instead of the new suscription and i can´t connect to that. The VPN is asking me for an activation code instead of upgrade automatically to the new suspcription to Kaspersky that includes the same VPN

Olá. Uso Win 11 (atualizado) e Kaspersky Premium. Estou com um problema sério com o kaspersky nesses últimos 2 meses. Quase sempre que iniciava o Win, aparecia uma janelinha de erro na minha tela "Microsoft.NET." e o Kaspersky não iniciava. Quando isso começou a acontecer até aparecia um aviso do kaspersky dizendo que houve erro na inicialização e eu enviava todos. Tentei procurar atualizações e várias formas de corrigir esse erro do Win, mas sem sucesso. Isso só causava interferência para a inicialização do Kaspersky, nada mais. Mesmo tentando abrir clicando no executável esse erro aparecia e o programa não abria. Resolvi baixar o instalador Kaspersky e executar para ver se ele corrigiria o problema. Ele avisou que já tinha uma versão instalada e que iria instalar por cima. Chegou a desinstalar a versão que tinha, mas no processo de instalação ele dava um erro em 15%. Ocorreu um erro ao instalar o aplicativo O Log de Eventos do Windows contém entradas de erro. Recomenda-se fazer a verificação do sistema. Rodei algumas verificações e correções de erros recomendados para o win e nada. Reiniciei o pc várias vezes, tentei executar o instalador várias vezes e nada. Mesmo erro acontece. Tentei algumas vezes o kavremvr.exe, mas não sei se escolhi a versão correta do produto na lista dele. Mesmo assim continuo sem conseguir instalar e com o mesmo erro. Nem na internet encontrei algo parecido. Alguém sabe como resolver?

Checked if the Kaspersky extension is listed in the browser's extension/add-on menu. Restarted both the browser and the Kaspersky application. Unfortunately, the extension does not appear or function as expected. Could you please guide me on how to properly enable it? I need help with accessing my account. Every time I enter my password it wants to send a code to my Cell phone number AND THAT CODE NEVER ARRIVES VIA SMS. I NEVER get the code via SMS or text to my cell number. I do not like the fact that there are not alternatives to this such as 2FA or Email etc etc. Please help me. I paid for this product and now I cannot access it any more because the Kaspersky system that is responsible for sending codes via SMS/TEXT is never arriving to my android device. It's revoking my license so I cannot de-list the other devices that are connected to my account via the prior license because I cannot access my account because of the SMS never arriving to my Android device. I have posted a screenshot of what I am trying to get through.I have requested the system to resend the code multiple times across various time stamps through out the day for the past day or 2 and until not still nothing has come through. I am connected to the WIFI,no issues with my WIFI, no issues with my cellular reception. Everything is perfect on my end. SO what is the problem???? Please help. I tried resetting my password and so on. I can't do anything because of this method. Please change this to 2FA or Email, these are far more reliable than an SMS/TEXT message....... please and thank you.

Estoy teniendo dificultades con mi licencia de kaspersky premium, la pague ayer y me figura que la region no es la correspondiente cuando la trato de activar en mis dispositivos. La licencia fue adquirida en Argentina y los dispositivos tambien estan en la misma region, no tengo VPNs y de hecho, toda la gestion la hice desde el mismo lugar y el mismo dispositivo. Tratar de comunicarme con el soporte esta resultando un horror. Alguno sabe algun numero, mail, algo que no sea https://support.kaspersky.com/us/b2c/us# para poder resolver mi inconveniente, ya ni siquiera me importa si el soporte es de la misma region que yo, solo quiero resolver este problema cuanto antes. Добрый день! Посетила меня идея разместить защищённое хранилище на сетевом диске на NAS и получать к нему доступ с любого из компьютеров дома, а также на смартфонах и планшетах по Wi-Fi. Но не тут-то было. С удивлением увидел, что сетевой диск нельзя использовать для защищённого хранилища. Можно ли это как это исправить? Можно ли добавить такой функционал в Касперски Премиум?

Доброго дня! В последнее время ПК (Windows 10 x64) периодически уходит в ребут с синим экраном. Ругается на tcpip.sys На ПК никаких обновлений не устанавливал. Новых ПО нет. Все работало как часы, пока не обновился касперский. Перед обращением на форум, выполнил следующие команды в командной строке под админом: ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset catalog netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log Пока наблюдаю, но... может кто-то что то знает и что то посоветует для решения этой проблемы. Либо подскажите, где взять версию предыдущего билда. Спасибо.

I often come to my laptop computer via wired ethernet(using starlink internet) and I see my mouse moving. I have to take back control, unplug ethernet, and then get back on. Sometimes they go away, sometimes not. It has been better since installing Kaspersky. I am hoping to get rid of this safety risk completely.

Kaspersky premium 21.25.7.504(a) on Win 11 Pro 25H2 fully patched. I was working on manually updating my Secure boot certs, since Microsoft was having problems doing it. And I needed to copy the newest boot loader to the EFI partition, The commands were so while I could type each command in, I decided to paste them all into a bat file and execute that. so while its not something you would expect to do much, I needed to, and it worked. HOWEVER Once it completed, Kaspersky stuck its oar in and said it was dangerous and deleted the bat file. So. 1. Why did it delete it rather than just quarantine it? 2. More importantly... if its so dangerous that Kaspersky considers it needs to be removed/deleted, why did it allow the script to run? if it was a horribly dangerous thing to do, it should have stopped it BEFORE execution. Anyway - the command executed fine and solved my problem. So just reporting it here as the bahaviour does not make sense.

Coloquei na lista do túnel dividido, um navegador (librewolf) para navegar apenas nele via VPN, deixando o meu navegador principal (Firefox) para uso normal, mas o librewolf continua expondo meu IP principal. Tem alguma maneira de resolver isso para eu ter um navegador que possa usar com segurança? O VPN em túnel dividido também não funciona em alguns serviços, como o Stremio. Já tentei configurar o windows defender e até desliguei ele, mas ainda assim não funciona.

I paid for Kaspersky Premium in the early morning and have been using it well. I am also satisfied with the antivirus performance. However, I am dissatisfied with the fact that game frame rates drop somewhat. High-spec games on Steam, like Hogwarts Legacy or Resident Evil Requiem, drop by about 10 frames on average, and PUBG drops by about 30 frames. From my perspective using the DLSS frame generation feature, a 10-frame drop is a significant performance decrease. Kaspersky says it does not affect game performance, but I'm not sure if I missed some setting in the antivirus. Even when switching to game mode, the situation did not change. However, web browsing actually became faster, which is satisfactory. If only the average game frame drop could be resolved, I would be very satisfied with the antivirus and want to use it for a long time. Please understand that this may look awkward since I wrote it using a translation tool.

Здравствуйте, у меня есть действующая подписка Premium до ноября 2026 года, если я куплю сейчас новую подписку Premium (хорошая цена) и добавлю к активной подписке, то она заменит старую с даты активации или начнет действовать после окончания текущей подписки?

Добрый день После установки антивируса Kaspersky Premium игра (sims 4) очень долго запускается и виснет, я включала режим игры и не беспокоить , не помогает. Также в интернете работа замедленная, долго сайты открываются и файлы скачиваются. Как мне это исправить? Ранее все очень быстро работало, быстро шла загрузка игры и файлов.
