Kaspersky Password Manager is a multi-platform solution which securely stores all your passwords and automatically enters your credentials on websites and in applications. With Kaspersky Password Manager you no longer need to create and remember different passwords. You can automatically sign in to your accounts and not worry about the security of personal data you enter. Kaspersky Password Manager generates strong and effective passwords that will protect your accounts from hackers' attacks. All sensitive data is stored encrypted in a cloud vault, which allows synchronizing it across all your devices. You must have a My Kaspersky account in order to use Kaspersky Pa…

Hi, I came here because I cannot take this situation anymore. Been using Kaspersky, the full package, for several years now on multiple devices. The bigger problem is the password manager. I am developer so I have a very strong PC, running Windows 11, but the app lags so badly that you cannot work with it. I have like 1300 accounts, a few passkeys, some documents, some notes, nothing out of the ordinary. Months ago the same problem was on Android, for a very long time, and now the android version behaves better and the PC version is completely broken. I won't even go into the problems I had with the updates, how many times I had to re-install it because the updates were b…

Hello! I would like to request a native Linux version of Kaspersky Password Manager. It would be especially useful if Linux support were not limited only to specific enterprise or certified distributions, but also covered mainstream desktop Linux distributions, including Arch Linux and Arch-based systems. A distribution-independent package such as Flatpak or AppImage would also be a great option, as it would allow the application to work across many Linux distributions without maintaining separate packages for each one. I currently use Kaspersky products on other platforms, but the lack of a full Linux Password Manager client with browser integration and autofill makes it…

Hello, I have a problem regarding passkey creation on microsoft account website. Tested on windows and android. The strange thing is that keepassxc is able to create passkey while KPM failed to create passkey. I've already contacted support but they advised to me contact Microsoft instead. Can someone test this?

I have seen a couple old / closed posts on this topic, but I am pleading anew: Kaspersky, I’m begging will you PLEASE create a Linux compatible version of Kaspersky Password Manager? This is by far your best and most useful software, and many customers (current and otherwise) would love to be able to use it on Linux. I got fed up with Windows and using KPM is one of the only things I miss. There must be other people in the same boat. I think it would be most useful if optimized for Ubuntu and/or Red Hat, but I’ll take anything. Please reply if you would like to use KPM on Linux as well!

I have a PC that has 2 users, 0ne admin user and one standard user. 99% of the time I log in as the standard user and KPM starts normally. 1% I log in as Admin User and KPM asks me to input the activation code or it will only work in free mode. See attachment for screen shot. If I go and find the information it is asking for (which ironically is stored by KPM) it all works, until I go back to logging in as a Standard User when I have to go through the rigmarole again. Is this Normal, it seems very restrictive having to buy copies of KPM for every user on a single computer. The computer is running windows 10 (because it isn't …

Hello, I use multiple Firefox profiles in Windows to separate my different browsing activities so they don't interfere and to reduce the chances of compromise. I've been doing this successfully for many years, before Multi-Account containers were implemented in Firefox. I use the Firefox Profile Manager to create multiple profiles, then add shortcuts to the Desktop. Having separate shortcuts allows me to set a custom icon to make clear the purpose of each shortcut and the Firefox profile it uses. The Target command used in each shortcut is in the form: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P my-profile-name1 -no-remote The "-no-remote" means that it s…

I'm having an issue where the Kaspersky Password Manager extension isn't working at all on Helium (a Chromium-based browser). Curiously, the main Kaspersky Antivirus app works perfectly fine and integrates without any issues. Is anyone else experiencing this with Chromium browsers, or is there a known workaround to get the password manager extension to load?

Well, I’m a Kaspersky Plus subscriber and I use Kaspersky Password Manager a lot, mainly because of the browser plug-in integration. However, over the past few days, the plug-in has simply stopped working. I use the Opera browser, which is Chromium-based, and the plug-in version is 25.2.6.1. I’ve already tested it on other browsers and the problem remains exactly the same. The extension icon appears dimmed, and when I click on it, only a small white loading window opens with the message “please wait,” but it never starts. My Opera version is 131.0.5877.74 Has anyone else been experiencing this problem recently? Any solution?

Reinstalled my brave browser. So the kaspersky pass manager can't find it's database. Ok removed and reinstalled the extension. Um... Remove it? Remove the app??? What is this thing serious? I'm supposed to lose all my passwords, and have to redo them, because your extension doesn't know what to do?

Device: Google Pixel 10 Pro XL OS: Android 17 Beta 1 App Version: Kaspersky Password Manager 9.2.101.40 I am experiencing a consistent crash with Kaspersky Password Manager while testing the new Android 17 Beta 1. The app successfully opens to the initial login screen, but immediately crashes and completely closes as soon as I enter my password and select "Unlock." Because I need access to my passwords, I have opted out of the Android beta. I am hoping KPM will resume normal functionality on the next public Android release. I am reporting this now so the development team is aware of the compatibility issue. I hope this can be investigated and patched so…

I have a problem with Kaspersky Password Manager on a Samsung Tab S9 FE+ running Android 16. It does not automatically fill passwords. I have been going systematically through all the required settings and have found that when it comes to 'Passwords, passkeys, and autofill' the only installed choices are Samsung Pass and Google. When I go to Settings>General Management>Passwords, passkeys and autofill>Passwords settings> I am offered the choice of Samsung Pass, Google,Passwords, None, +Add service. When I continue to'+Add service' I end up in Google Play which currently has no Kaspersky listed (apart from the fact that, in any case, I already have Kaspersky Pa…

Hi everyone, I have been using Kaspersky Password Manager on Android for several years without any issues. However, starting today, a pop-up notification appears every time I open the app. When I click the 'Let's update' button, it redirects me to the GetApps store, but there is no update button available to download the latest version. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. For context, I downloaded the app from GetApps (the Xiaomi app store). Could you please help me understand what this notification means and how to fix it? Thank you. P.S. the current version of Kaspersky Password Manager installed on m…

Hello all, I have three separate Microsoft Online accounts that all use the same domain name for login. When I save all my passwords, because of the same domain name, Kaspersky insists on rolling all three into one entry in Password Manager. Because two are for different companies and one personal, I would like them to be separate entries which is much easier for search purposes. Is there any way I can bypass the merging of all three into one single entry?
