Kaspersky EDR Optimum

Hi, I am new to integrating Kaspersky EDR optimum into my institution. As I have several branch offices located in different geographical locations, so I chose the cloud based solution to monitor all of them aggregately. As the number of devices I want to integrate is more than 100+ so how can I integrate all of my remote devices into the cloud efficiently? Is it like manually carrying network agent installation package to each of the device and install within it? Or there is any other efficient approach that can be done from the cloud console?

Hello, I would like to ask for clarification about the System Integrity Monitoring / File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) feature in Kaspersky products. We currently have Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum on-premise in production. On one of our systems, I can see the module “System Integrity Control / System Integrity Monitoring”, but its status is shown as “License limitation”, to know whether we can use this feature for a real integrity monitoring / FIM use case in our current deployment( EDR Optimum), or whether a different Kaspersky license/product is required.

What solution can be given for systems running server version 11.0.1.897? The console no longer displays the tasks to run updates, analyses, or scans.

I have 1 server in my account that show this alert. I have checked a several times the profile of this device and all features are good. Web outgoing connections are OK too. Are there some new configuration that I need to do on specific situation with servers?

In Windows, we are able to protect the antivirus settings and prevent users from disabling protection by using password protection, which works very well. However, in macOS and Linux, we have not been able to achieve the same level of protection. After installing Kaspersky Endpoint Security version 12.12.0.522 on the endpoint, AnyDesk appears as connected and online, but when attempting to access the remote device, the connection starts and then fails with a Network Timeout error. Hello, I am having trouble getting an Android tablet to sync and appear on the Kaspersky Cloud dashboard. A message appears stating: Unable to synchronize with the management server: error processing commands from the Management Console. The strange thing is that it shows the old name, which has been deleted from the console and from the “Show marked for deletion” option. Has anyone else had this problem?
