Nothing happens when click on details, Report location?

Hi All,

 

After the scan of Kaspersky Security Scan, if I click on details to see the results nothing happens.

 

The only buttons that works are About and Schedule.

 

Anyone know why this and how to solve that ?

 

Where is the scan report created in the disk ?

Please post your GetSystemInfo report link, instructions are located throughout this forum. Screenshot is welcome, too.

You have too many anti-viruses installed. One is the correct number of anti-viruses installed per PC in this quadrant of the universe, and there are cryptic inscriptions on a shard of metal unearthed in Roswell, NM, that indicate that this is true in the other quadrants of the universe, too.

 

Please uninstall Sophos > reboot.

 

Please clear the contents of your Temp folder, instructions: http://www.ehow.com/how_4669012_clean-up-c...emp-folder.html and then reboot.

 

Kaspersky Security Scan is incompatible with your installed Kaspersky product. Please see: http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/kss2/all?qid=208285936

 

Please uninstall Kaspersky Security Scan > reboot, if you already have Kaspersky product installed.

I don't have Sophos anti-viruses here. I have Sophos Safeguard to cryptography my hdd.

 

Tried to clear the temp content and uninstalled KES 10 without success.

Same happened for me.. but I found the report.. paste the below link into a browse..

 

file:///C:/ProgramData/Kaspersky%20Lab/KSS2/DataRoot/HtmlReport/index.html

 

This failure may be due to Java not being enabled in my Browser ( win8.0) pro..
