Dear Yaseen0, Was it a new installation of network agent or did you upgrade from an old version? I suggest that you uninstall current network agent using cleaner.exe https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc/13.2/tools/13088 , reboot server then install network agent 14.2 -
Hi Marcos, This error means that there's an Incompatible software on that computer, even a registry key of that software can be the cause of the issue. I suggested that you completely uninstall the antivirus that was installed on that computer & search for its keys in regedit. Hello, You can move devices from Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud to Kaspersky Security Center on premise using 'klmover" command line : https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/14.2/en-US/227839.htm 1- Open a CMD in administrator mode 2- Point to Network Agent folder, example : cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent 3- klmover -address ip-of-ksc example : klmover -address 192.168.1.22
