  1. Hi. Just found two more strange bugs in KSC 10.4.343. 1. Some time when you ask KSC to do something, it freeze for while (up to one minutes). 2. After upgrading some workstations to Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows (10.3.0.6294), it inform me that some stations can't be update, because "License missing". The funny thing is that in "Device selection" when you ask KSC to show all workstations with missing license, you don't see it. Interesting if others also encounter with it.
  2. Kaspersky support logged in my KSC server today and after a while and several checking they manage to fix the problem. There was some problems encountered during the installation of Kaspersky Security Center server 10.4.343 version. They ran a script that fixed those problems and restarted the Kaspersky Security Center Administration server service. After that the Administration server service run successfully and the Console connected to the server. Apparently it has something to with the data base (like it was mention here). so for now - :bravo:
  3. Nop. didn't work with the old backup also. It always work OK, until I load a any backup (or try to upgrade). :dash1:
  4. Tried it several times. Like I said, KSC running on a virtual machine, so after every experiment, I go back to my original situation (previous version). Saying that, every time I'm taking new backup, so unless something is wrong the way I do it (not my first time), I doubt it that all backups I took are corrupted. Never the less, i have a Backup from a version before my current version (10.3.407) ,so I'll give it a try.
  5. Hi NVaZN. Tried your suggestion. I Uninstalled KSC and install the new one - all is well. Open the new KSC - no problem. Load the backup - the same issues as before. KSC refuse to work.
  6. Let's see if Kaspersky guys will com out with something. As for now, i wouldn't recommend production IT to upgrade the SC.
  7. Just a thought - try to add a link of GSI report to startup folder. Maybe if you lucky, it will kick in before Kaspesky start with heavy load.

  10. Just last word concerning this topic. I have checked with Kaspersky and after some checking, there response was that it has something to do with my clients computers (all 500 of them). Trying to explain that this issues never accrue during all thos year I'm working with Kaspersky, and started ONLY after MP4 and after installing the new Admikit - didn't help. The best advice I could get is to get help from support... The support in my country also doesn't know what to do and they said that they also gave up trying getting response from the international Kaspersky. I'm working with quite a few companies an softwares in my organization and I have to say I have never come across this kind of response. I like the software, but there are also other good AV softwares around' so if Kaspersky will not put themselves together and look seriously at this issue, I guess I'll have to look for another one. :nono:
  11. Hi. It seems there is an error with the Reboot command or so. For some strange reason, some of the computers manage to upgrade themselves after a few days. (My scheduler - try every 6 hours). "Remote installation failed on the computer: Fatal error during installation. (You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation.)"
  12. I already reported this to Support - right after Upgrading to MP4. Haven't heard anything ever since. I thought it might get better between the new versions later on. Well - It doesn't. I defiantly hope Kaspersky will fix this HUGE bug. I don't see my self running around every time I have to upgrade my 500 clients WS. :angry:

  14. Hi guys. Ever sins MP4 and AdminKit 8, I'm having ALOT of errors, while trying deploying workstation upgrade, From Pre MP4 to MP4, and also from 6.0.4.1212 to 6.0.4.1424. Some Upgrades work just fine, and some just don't work. Until MP4 all upgrades work perfectly smooth. My network is in a form of a big workgroup (500 WS), divided to some VLANs. Some of the Errors I'm getting: 1.Other errors Unclassified error. Error information is available in event description. 2. Installation is pending Application install / uninstall procedure started earlier is not completed on this computer. To complete the previous install / uninstall procedure, you must restart the operating system and run the install / uninstall program again (Restart - didn't help). 3.Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP4 (6.0.4.1424): Network Agent's task failed: Failure compressing data 4.Remote installation failed on the computer: Fatal error during installation. (You must restart your computer before proceeding with the installation.) Has anyone run into similar problems?
  15. Hi. For quit a while, I’m having strange behavior in the Adminkit. All the dates (“Status", "Visible", "Last Full Scan"") show only 00:00:00. Beside this, every thing else seems normal. So far Laspersky Lab couldn’t find the reason for this. I’m running the latest Adminkit (Version: 6.0.1591). Has any one else run into this too? Thanks. Goldy :dash1:
  16. Hi. Lately my clients have a situation, that when ever they running any P2P (Emule, Btorent...) the surfing speed becomes very slow. Disabling the "Anti Hacker" or closing the P2P software, bring everything back to normal. Has anyone run also into this situation? Any idea?
  17. I have contact again KAV representative. They insist they didn't get ANY information from Kaspersky Lab about this crisis, and they don't know about any utility. I sent also a request to tcorpsupport@kaspersky.com So far – nothing. Igor, do you know anything about organizationally solution KL said they are working on it last Friday?
  18. To Natalia Pasynkova I have Three questions please: 1. When we can expect an organizational fix for the problem (locally fix is out of the question). 2. How can I stop the DMP files? I don't need them and they gave me allot of trouble during last year. In some of my computer it grows like cancer to monsters size of several GB. It should be stopped as default, with an option to turn it on in case you need it. 3. Where can I get the utility to fix the issue. Thanks.
  19. Two days after the disaster and nothing from KL. I have called today to Kaspersky support in my country - They didn't even knew about it. It seems Kaspersky even didn't bother to inform there worldwide group about this crisis. I’m sorry, but that’s a very big disappointment and far from behavior of serious company. Well, in the beginning of February my license expire any way. :angry:
  20. Has any one heard from KL ? I'm still waiting for patch for fixing my workstations. I hoped it’s going to be matter of hours but I have the feeling now, that we shall not have it before the beginning of next week... :angry:
  21. God bless you Great idea and it seems to work. I have added also del /q "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\*.dmp. In my case all the DMP files were in "Kaspersky Lab" folder. :cb_punk:
