  1. I have tried and tried to contact someone at kaspersky tohelp me overr the past three months, but - nothing. I've been using computerss for years but do not have any IT knowledge, and do not understand jaargon. I really hope someone can help me. I don't even know if I am posting this on the correct board, I suspect not, so perhaaps someone can point me in the right direction. Windows did a huge update and I have lost my Kaspersky protection. Can you tell me what's happened and how I can get it back? I have written to them 3 times before but had no reply. I seem to be paying for protection I am not getting. This is silly.
