I am facing an issue related to the generation of reports Whenever I try to generate a report for more than 7 days, it always give me data from last seven days and it doesnt change if I try report for last 30 days or 90 days. As the event store is set to 180 days, I still didn't get any events in KSC 14 and 14.2. Also If anyone can explain the flow of events and report generation,. Anyone's help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi, i installed KSC 14.2 on my server, i deployed KES 12.3 on all PCs in work environment and I applied main policy to devices that include prohibit using removable devices. but i have some laptops also work out of our corporation and need to connect removable devices, then i create also an out-of-policy for specific laptops users to allow connect removable devices when they are work out of corporate. But the problem is: - If these laptop users disconnect their laptops from the company network (unplug network cable from laptops) when they are inside the company, the out-of-policy will apply and they can use removable devices to copy data to/from laptops, and then reconnect their laptops to network (plug network cable into laptops) and copy anything they want between laptops and data in network. So, the using of out-of-office policy in these cases is a big mistake. What is the benefit of using main policy (not out-of-office policy) if the laptops users can overtake the main policy by unplug network cables from their laptops exploiting the loophole in out-of-office policy.

Hello, We created Deliver reports task on KSC 14. We configured a gmail account at Notification section in properties windows of reports and notification folder and use this for Deliver reports task. Test message was sent successfully: Everything seemed fine. But, the task completed with error "Failed to send the command to the SMTP server". Please give me advice to solve this problem. Здравствуйте! Хочу заблокировать доступ в сеть определённому приложению с помощью политики для KES 12.3 в KSC 14.2. В KSC открываю свойства политики для KES определённой группы компьютеров. В политике перехожу: Базовая защита -> Сетевой экран. Нажимаю кнопку Настройка возле "Настройка сетевых правил приложений в операционной системе". Нажимаю на группу Недоверенные и кнопку Добавить. Далее предлагается ввести маску поиска по приложению либо производителю и нажать Обновить. Но какую бы маску я не указывал (и далее нажимал Обновить) - в списке программ пусто. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как заблокировать доступ приложению в сеть? Или я вообще не туда полез? Просто, если разблокировать редактирование политики (снять замок) и открыть на клиентском ПК KES - в нём именно таким образом можно заблокировать доступ в сеть приложению.

Добрый день коллеги. Решили настроить MDM сервер для ios устройств. 1. Установили Сервер iOS MDM на сервере KSC 14 2. По инструкции установили APN сертификат на сервер. 3. Попытались подключить устройство, дошли до Wizzard с QR, отсканировали с устройства QR, неподписанный профиль прогрузился и при установке на устойстве "Сбой установки профиля" - Произошла неизвестная ошибка. Подскажите какие подводные камни имеются при внедрение MDM и подключение устройства? куда копать?

HEllo Everyone! I am facing an issue with default reports. When we generate the Report on Users of Infected Devices, it is supposed to show us the users of infected devices. But the reports show some of the ENdpoints and VM names instead of user names, confusing the report type. Everyone's help would be appreciated. The report is REPORT ON DEVICE USERS, but it shows only a few devices and also shows the devices that have not been active for a long time. The main issue is not showing any option for next entries; for example, it shows 1000 total entries with no option for next page. Уже третий день пытаюсь разобраться с проблемой: После установки KSC и Web Console, пытаюсь зайти через mmc консоль в KSC и в "обнаружение устройств - IP-диапазоны - диапазон" у меня виснет консоль. ОС: Windows server 2019 (хотя пробовал и на W11) в домене, учетка для входа так же доменная. Версия KSC 14.2, Web Console установлена из пакета с полным дистрибутивом.

Здравствуйте, возникли некоторые ошибки при попытке удаленно обновить каспер 6 и 10й версии на 12 (на скринах) Проверял решение каждой из этих ошибок в инете и здесь, на форуме, и получается так, что почти каждую из этих ошибок фиксить нужно локально вручную на проблемном компе. Ошибки эти не единичные, около 300 компов с такими ошибками и вручную сделать это будет как минимум очень проблематично. Неужели нельзя дистанционно пофиксить это? Буду очень благодарен любым советам.

I am writing regarding an issue I am facing with my Kaspersky Security Center v14 installation. Some of my endpoints get stuck in a "waiting" mode while windows is starting. The affected devices show a "Please Wait" message and become unresponsive. I have about 350 endpoints with Kaspersky Endpoint Security installed, managed by Security Center on Windows Server 2019. The problem happens on around 10% of the endpoints intermittently when running tasks across all devices. So far I have tried: Unchecking "Start installation at device restart or shutdown" in the "Install required updates and fix vulnerabilities" task settings The issue stops occurring after completely uninstalling Endpoint Security as a test on some affected devices. Uninstalling Endpoint Security resolves the waiting mode problem.

I am using Kaspersky security center v14 and would like to know how I can generate a key file from my existing license. I tried going to https://keyfile.kaspersky.com but it redirected me to another site. I also tried to export it from the console but it only gave me a text file with my license details - not a key file. Additionally, I have two servers that need to be activated but the Add Key task keeps failing for them. I think this might be because they are not connected to the internet. Please advise how I can activate them offline using a key file.

Can Administration Server of Kaspersky Security Center update and distribution to Endpoint without internet access? If both of Administration Server and Endpoint machine is in LAN network and no internet access. Is there any way to get update for Administration Server.

Подсчет контрольных сумм неизменяемых компонент программного изделия, установленного на операционной системе семейства Linux, и веб-плагинов удаленного управления осуществляется утилитой integrity_checker из состава программного изделия по алгоритму вычисления хэш-функции ГОСТ Р 34.11-2012. Контрольные суммы представлены в кодировке Base64. Подсчет контрольных сумм неизменяемых компонент программного изделия, установленного на операционной системе семейства Windows, осуществляется программой ФИКС 2.0.2 по алгоритму вычисления хэш-функции ГОСТ Р 34.11.

Hello! Is there a way to stop a Kaspersky endpoint application (server and client) from reporting on Windows update statuses? We are not using KSC as a WSUS server, we are patching our infrastructure via SCCM every month, but all of my devices are shown as Critical Status with "Check for Windows updates havent been performed for a long time" Is there a policy setting i need to disable, or something in the administration server properties, that disables this patch reporting ability?
