  3. Hello, it seems that the digital signature is displayed correctly . see screenshot.

Dear support, when a colleague try to make a export in Adobe indesign or illustrator the error says: "You dont have the permission to save in this location, Contact the administrator to obtain permission" ( see screenshot) This user is already admin on his own workstation. When i disable kaspersky endpoint on this machine, the user is able to make a export to pdf. If i search for the executable in Application Privelege Control Rules, i see that there is no file version number regard the indesign installation on the affected computer. Could you help us:) Thanks in advance.

  7. Dear support, kaspersky endpoint logs on several machines that databases are extremly out of date. We had this problem in the past, solution was to reinstall kaspersky, but now we are not able to do a re installation remotely, before it was possible. when i start the uninstall task it runs but at the end it says: Remote uninstallation has finished on this device with an error: Fatal during uninstallation. ( see screenshot i have attached) Uninstall local on machine succeeds.

  9. Dear support, this morning we have several workstations that start to slow down. When i take a look in the task manager i see that kaspersky using a high cpu (one whole core) and disk usage 100% (ssd). I have already did a reinstall on one of the effected machines. we are using ksc 10.4.343. and endpoint version 10.3.0.6294 What I notice is that on this machine, the "find vulnerabailities and application" task restarts constantly and says: Operation can not be completed at this time. Application initializing or shutdown. and then the task will start by itself again. has to do with this? what I want to mention. When I remove the agent, the PC is no longer slow and the problem seems to be gone! see screenshots. please help! It is becoming more and more annoying people i have also added a export of the find vulnerabailities and application" task export vulner task wsrwi10.klt
