  1. I use Nagios + NagiosGrapher for generating the graph, and use NSClient++ for Performance Counter data collection.
  2. Anyway I've opened a new ticket for that issue, hopefully it will be fixed at the upcoming patch "b".
  3. The Enterprise Edition (6.0.2.555) simply fails to install on Windows Server with system locale set to anything other than English, thus the Enterprise Edition is not available in our server environment. Our servers use EMC Retrospect Client 7.6.107 for backups. Attached is a system graph showing the nonpaged memory usage pattern over the last month. This server's KAV has been upgraded to 6.0.4.1212 from 6.0.3.837 at week 50.
  4. After upgraded KAV FS 6.0.3.837 to KAV FS 6.0.4.1212, the nonpaged memory pool begins to fill up and over 200MB is being used within 10 days. Once the nonpaged pool is being used for more than 200MB, other programs and services (e.g. IIS) will stop working, since the nonpaged pool is has a upper limit of 257MB on a 32-bit Windows. Below is a snapshot of poolmon right after nonpaged pool hits 200MB, showing only nonpaged memory usage and is sorted by allocated size: SbAp Nonp 2956737 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 2956737 165577272 ( 0) 56 LSwi Nonp 1 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 1 2584576 ( 0) 2584576 tdLL Nonp 3284308 ( 2) 3280496 ( 5) 3812 2097744 ( -2088) 550 TCPt Nonp 21138403 ( 97) 21138361 ( 97) 42 1424392 ( 0) 33914 MmCm Nonp 33 ( 0) 9 ( 0) 24 1376800 ( 0) 57366 RcpI Nonp 1 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 1 1048576 ( 0) 1048576 PTrk Nonp 5130794 ( 0) 5127696 ( 0) 3098 929168 ( 0) 299 File Nonp 121303088 (3137) 121298982 (3138) 4106 626880 ( -184) 152 TPLA Nonp 128 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 128 524288 ( 0) 4096 Thre Nonp 789072 ( 1) 788250 ( 0) 822 512928 ( 624) 624 Wmit Nonp 16 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 16 434176 ( 0) 27136 LSwr Nonp 128 ( 0) 0 ( 0) 128 416768 ( 0) 3256 Pool Nonp 5 ( 0) 2 ( 0) 3 348160 ( 0) 116053 FMsl Nonp 3729899 ( 0) 3728455 ( 7) 1444 300352 ( -1456) 208 Irp Nonp 2524008 ( 4) 2523254 ( 0) 754 286392 ( 1600) 379 Note that the SbAp module is occupying 165577272 bytes of nonpaged memory. Performing a string search inside the WINDIR\system32\drivers\ folder shows that its the klif driver. Meanwhile the only cure to the problem is to reboot the server within every 10 days, or revert back to KAV FS 6.0.3.837. This is a serious problem for a server environment, does anyone discover the same issue?
