  2. Hi Ivan, We have a Group to limited the USB flash access by KES Policy Device Control. It was working normally in version 10.3.06294. However, when we upgrade the version to 10.3.3.275 by KSC, all computer under this group cannot be connected to the network because they cannot get the IP addresses. Once we quit the KES on affect computers, the network connection come back. We finally remove these computers from the USB restricted group to make them online. But we really need to USB restrict function. Attached the policy capture which was running normally in version 10.3.06294. Thank you
  3. Hi Support Team, We just upgrade the KES version to 10.3.3.275 and found the PCs with USB port control policy will not able to get the IP i.e. cannot connect to network. Reboot the computer or reboot the network card cannot fixed the problem. Finally, we quit the KES and remove the PCs from that "USB port control policy" to get back the network connection. The questions : 1. what the upgrade will cause PCs cannot get the IPs? 2. why the current policy will cause problem when version upgrade? Looking forwards to your solution. Thank you BRs, Terence

Hi Support Team, I tried to use the official script (which is in the download package) to install the KES version 10.2.1.319a and got the error messages as below: - - - - - - /Volumes/Kaspersky Endpoint Security/Kaspersky Installer.app/Contents/Packages/gdpr_wizard_config.plist -> /tmp/klgdprconfig Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> TypeError: set_agreement_field() takes exactly 3 arguments (2 given) run_python failed with args: set_agreement_field('Ksn', 'accepted', ) set Ksn.accepted failed parse_kud failed cleanup started Unmount disk image /Volumes/Kaspersky Endpoint Security "disk2" ejected. Remove /tmp/klgdprconfig cleanup finished - - - - - How to fix that? I want to upgrade the version through Apple Remote Desktop. Attached the original script. Thank you install.sh
  5. Hi Guys. for sharing the solution. If the macbooks were connected to the KSC. It is not allow to key in the activate code (that field is disappeared). So, we have to activate it with the key file. So, open the "Terminal" App. > under root (or admin) right : commend: # kav addkey <key file > I got succeeded with that. :-)
  6. Hi Support team , We have some macbooks are usually out of office and cannot connect to the KSC. We can renew the KES license with the key file by the KSC. But for these " Offline" or remote computers, how could we renew the license with the key file? Thank you Terence
  7. Hi Support team, We have upgrade the KES version to 10.2.1.319 in mid-Sep and found most of the machines have been update with patch A when i run the version report today (2 Oct 2018). Will that update automatically? however, some machines have not be updated. what should i do? wait the auto run? Thank you

Dear Support Team, Our current notification setting as : "Event "%EVENT%" occurred on device %COMPUTER% in Windows domain %DOMAIN% on %RISE_TIME% %DESCR% " How can we add the Group name on it? e.g. we have created different "Depts". under "Managed Devices" .   10. Hi Support Team, There are some critical tasks we want to know the status. e.g. "Download updates to the repository", "Database Update" , " Weekly Full Scan". All these task can give me emails in errors but that is too much to read. Is there any method to generate the task status report? Thank you Terence
  11. Hi Konstantin, As the server takes few minutes to a "click" action, e.g. open a task status, it is hard to delete any data from the UI. Is there any better way? Thank you
  12. Dear Support Team, Our KSC server is running extremely slowly, the root cause maybe the database size is too big ( about 10G ). Although i changed the "Keep events log" days from 366 to 90 days for all items, i cannot see the database size has any change. How can i delete the old data from the mysql database? or any special setting to do on the KSC ? The biggest problem is the anti-virus database cannot be updated even clean-up the repository :-( Looking forwards for your quick support. Thank you
  13. Hi Support team, I am upgrading the KES to the latest version 10.1.0.622c from pervious versions for around 100 units of Macbook by KSC. Most of them are upgrade successfully but failed on one Macbook. The upgrade tasks was uninstalled the previous KES but failed to install the latest version. I tried to do it in console but failed too. Attached the error log for reference. Please suggest how to solve it. ( P.S. : the Macbook UI is in Chinese. Basically the error is script error).
