  1. Ok - I think I have fixed it.....I created an uninstall task from the Security Center and ran it successfully. I could then reinstall the application successfully and the databases are now updating. Thank you for your help!
  2. On several servers is shows databases are out of date. When I try to execute an update it takes about one second and then completes....but the warning does not go away in the Security Center. I tried to uninstall the network agent and endpoint security from one server and reinstall them. Now, the network agent reinstalls, but the endpoint security will not reinstall....it hangs at 50% until I cancel the task. I have also checked the time and date and unchecked proxy server in tasks.
  3. I cannot upload - it is larger than 4MB.......
  4. Attached and thank you GetSystemInfo_WFPDB02_administrator_2018_05_20_18_44_45.zip
  5. I am using KSC 10.5.1781, and Kaspersky Security 10 for Windows Server 10.1.0.622. I am having a problem with databases not updating. This has just started, things have been fine for over a month since deployment. The desktops and laptops are working fine. I have tried removing and installing the network agent and AV and now I cannot get the AV reinstalled - it hangs at 50% or fails. The time and date is correct on all machines and I have unchecked use proxy server in tasks.....a few servers are working correctly but the majority are experiencing this.
  6. Yes - like would I deploy the products just like it was a non-virtualized environment? Using KSC 10, Endpoint Protection, Network Agent - or do you use something different in a virtualized environment?
  7. Hello, We are building a new data center - totally virtualized with VMware and Windows Server Datacenter 2012. We have around 8 Virtualized servers and will have around 20-25 non virtualized desktops and laptops. What do you recommend as far as the architecture for Kaspersky on this data center and network? Thank you
  8. Also, in addition to the screenshot instructions posted above, I use QuickBooks 2013 - these files are safe to add to exclusions..........also, you may want to add the various QuickBooks processes to trusted applications, they involve the backup of data file when closing application, etc.... edit: Also,
  9. Please clean out temp files as outlined here: http://support.kaspersky.com/1161 Also, you have remnants of AVG software installed - please download and run proper uninstall tools from here: http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities Reboot and try again.....
  10. I am seeing this error generated and have googled it, and found it related to firewall settings on one of our servers: Error 1181/0x80040154 ('System error 0x80040154 (Class not registered)') opening firewall manager. I have all firewalls turned off.........does this mean the server firewalls have to be turned on. This is a terminal server running the Enterprise edition AV.......
  11. How about you get what you pay for? I have learned the "free" stuff in life usually ends up costing you much more in the long run.....
