KES 11.0.1.90 random BSOD klbackupdisk.sys

Hey guys, how are you?
Lately i've been having some random BSOD in a machine with W7 PRO 64 bits.
bluescreen viewer points klbackupdisk.sys as the main cause.

I'm using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.0.1.90 ... what should i do to stop this?
Attached are the latest dumps.

 

Previously i had KES 10 installed and had zero problems.

Hi Nikolay, can you tell me how can i export the GSI log?

This computer is only used as a file sharing device, so there's no user intervention...only shared files over the network.

it simply crashes with a bsod

Nikolay, i already have the GSI log. But it has 8MB .. i can only upload 4MB.
Besides, i am not very confortable on listing a LOG in an open forum.
Is there any e-mail address that i can send the GSI log??

Good morning! Yes i know IVAN, but is it safe to post it here? This is a public access forum ... the GSI report has some information about my network that i didn't want to go public :\ Ip's mac address etc. Is there any other way to make the GSI report make it to you guys??

I don't have incident number.

As requested i sent through PM my GSI report to Nikolay and Ivan.
Still waiting for a reply ......... Still having BSOD ... .........

Hello It was possible to find a solution to this problem. In one of the memory dumps there is an indication of an error in klbackupdisk.sys.
