system state backup error

After kaspersky small office security install system state backup not working

 

(Error in deletion of [C:\System Volume Information\klmeta.dat] while pruning the target VHD: Error [0x80070020] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

I have the same issue on Windows 2012 R2 Essentials server. Can't backup user profiles. Can someone help with this?

I have the some problem, we downloaded the trial version to try the Kaspersky Small Office 5 (Version 17.0.0.6.11), and since installed the Backup faills; the message error is "Error in deletion of [C:\System Volume Information\klmeta.dat] while pruning the target VHD: Error [0x80070020] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." and in another backup test the error was on "D:\System Volume Information\klmeta.dat; Please help, because we have purchase the KSO5 but if the error follow we cannot purchase this product.
