  1. Did you have Kaspersky Mobile Security installed on other device before Xperia U and activated with the same mail you provided now? If you have then enter the password from other device that you use it before the new one.... Also try in application management to clear data and cache from Kaspersky Mobile Security and start the application again to see if the problem is still there.

Why you are still using preview version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 when the final version is out for some time now...Download the final version from here and then see if the problem is still there...   4. When you write Wonga in the google search it directs you to the site Wonga.com which is not blocked in your exclusion list and that's why you don't block the site properly.In exclusion list add Wonga.com and your problem is solved. I hope I help somehow..... Best Regards

  10. Here is my answer to solve all your problems with multiple logins. First of all I reccomend you to upgrade your password manager to version Than click on caption button in your browser and select this option - manage accounts -> Add Account to URL Than you can just add different logins to different sites. Let me know if that solves all your problems Regards
  11. Yes after i did an update few minutes ago everything is back on normal. Since then i wasn't able to do a KSN check. Now it's OK
  12. After I updated Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 ( a the KSN stopped working. Is this ussued by the latest update definitions or something else because early this morning everything worked fine and KSN was working without any problem. Here is the screenshot
  13. Try to delete old saved web account in the password manager.Then do a new login and save that in password manager web accounts. I got Kaspersky Password Manager and never had problem with my hotmail account.
  14. You should try to update the Adobe to version 10.1 that's the latest release.I got this version and never had any problems with it.
  15. Just look in My Documents on your PC and there you have your password database.Just copy that folder on USB stick or other Hard Drive and when you clean your PC copy that folder back to My Documents That should work 100%
