[Security Center 10] Can't Install administration Plugin

Hello, 

I have a problem, 

I have security Center 10.5.1781 with KSV Light Agent in french.

I can't manage KSV Light agent the administration plug-in is missing, i have install plugin from here https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/9333  it's didn't work

I try with the ksc install file and from the package agent i've got an error.

"Can't install administration plugin".

I can't managed theses packages in the second picture

Can you help me ? or some idea ?

Hello i already install this and i already install the last version 4.0.0.110_setup

Is it a problem ? or maybe i need to uninstall and reinstall ?

Hi,

Please delete the plugin as described at the article and install it once again.

If the issue still persists please provide us with plugin installation log (C:\Windows\Temp)

Hi, 

am having a similar issue too.

i want to install management plugin to my existing KSC 10, showing me installation successful but am not seeing it on the KSC
