Connection failed, physical error and ksn error

Hello

A few weeks ago we have done an update, we have since a problem with a desktop and notebook.
The desktop gives a Connection failed, physical error, we have reinstalled Kaspersky and put the computer on a different switch, problem remains, update is not possible.
Below the event message

Hello

We have extended the license and updated kaspersky security and anti virus.
Since then we have had 1 desktop which can not be updated, no problem with this desktop in the last 3 years
We have uninstalled Kaspersky and installed it again with the same resutate.
We have tried several options which are described on the internet
We have about 30 computers installed but the desktop and notebook as described on forum only gives problems

We running under windows 7 on a active directory network

The notebook only gives a message after startup "KSN servers unavailable" but seems to work
