Update files are corrupted, KTS can not update database

From 2 days ago, My Kaspersky kts17.0.0.611abcden_12022 can not update database.

I try to unistall, then I try install again always says "Installation files are corrupted. Try downloading the installation files again".

 

So I try download kaspersky Total Security kts17.0.0.611abcden_12124

I can Install it, but I still can not update database.

Always says:

1. Databases have not been updated for long time

2. Last Update 'Failed'

3. Update of databases and aplication modules --> Not all component were updated

4. If click detailes -->

a. Error updating WMUF, UDS, KSN, HIPS, APU, PAS5, SW2, KLAVA

b. Update error --> Update files are corrupted

 

I did not change anything on setting Kaspersky Total Security.

- Proxy server always Automatically detect proxy server setting.

- User Account Setting always current user

- Etc

 

And Internet connection is Good, No problem at all.

 

Please Solution for fix this problem!!!

I use Windows 7 64 bit service Pack 1.

 

Now, I don't know why, when I try update always says 'Databases are extremely out of Date' :huh:

For this issue: Un and re install KTS: Uninstall KTS > when prompted, Save licensing information and Password Manager information > reboot > re install KTS > reboot > do a databases update > reboot.

 

Any better after that?

Not Work, and Still same error.

Now error updating incrases BLST2

And still 'Databases ar extremely out of Date'

 

When promted, there just save licensing information, but no choice Password Manager Information.

 

This happening because I still try KTS trial??

 

Previously, I use Antivirus from Microsoft, and MalwareBytes.

 

If Kaspersky good, I have plan to buy it.

Now, when I keep trying update, it back again from 'Databases are

extremely out of Date' to 'Databases have not been updated for long time'.

 

Error updating BLST2 is disappear, But all the problems error still same.

You do not have enough ram installed to do anything. You have practically zero Available ram.

 

You have 64-bit Windows 7 with only 2 GB of ram. That is like the Navy buying the biggest aircraft carrier that they can afford, and then putting a Piper Cub on it.

 

Please add another two GB of ram, or clean install 32-bit Windows.

 

When you are done with either, post back and we shall continue forth.

So, this no solution without increase 2GB or clean Install 32-bit windows??

Yeah same problem here, cant get updates anymore. Seems like every windows update brakes something in Kaspersky, getting pretty annoyed wondering if other companies have the same issues.

 

I have same problem too. :-(

Can't update database anymore.

 

Is this problem really because windows update??

Because I always update my windows.

I already add 4GB RAM. Now, my RAM is 6GB.

 

So, What should I do now??

Nice! Your computer and applications probably work much better now.

 

Please try again: Uninstall KTS > when prompted, Save licensing information and Password Manager information > reboot > re install KTS > reboot > do a databases update > reboot.
