Action Center does Not detect Kaspersky 2013 on Windows 8 Pro x64

I installed the latest version, 13.0.1.4190 b, but My system does not detect kaspersky's states correctly.

 

"Both Windows Defender and Kaspersky internet security are disabled."

"Both Windows firewall and kaspersky internet security are disabled."

 

I have already tried to enable Kaspersky internet security manually through windows action center.

but the setting cannot be changed and I cannot turn on the setting...

 

Reboot, clean install with the removal tool, windows 8 clean install and reinstall Kaspersky, but I have not sloved the problem.

 

Any ideas or suggestions?

Exactly the same thing here. If the problem is Window's, Kaspersky should see that Microsoft solves it.

Hello, this is most likely some Windows issue, not specific only to kaspersky, but also other antiviruses as well, including MS Forefront. This should be only visual issue in Action Center, and you could ignore it (set Action Center not to monitor your AV). It shouldn't cause any other issues, only in some specific configurations, such as using this machine to connect through RD gateway NAP policy.

I have same version of windows i no issues here.

 

i thing came to mind is it a oem version ie pre intalled on your pc or did you buy it?. some oem versions come up with this issues
