      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

Hello Everybody,

 

I used to have KIS Products for few years and the last License (KIS2012) I had just expired yesterday, 1st of august,2012, so as supposed I bought a new KIS2012 package and entered the activation code supplied with the package and KIS accepted it, but it says 314 Days remaining even though I just entered the code today and the License type's field say that the license is commercial for 1 computer for 365 days, so I don't know what went wrong, I'd appreciate any help from you guys.

I don't think it is possible since I am almost sure that there's no official seller in my city, or even my country, Iraq but this is the 4th year I, as well as two of my friends, buy KIS products from this shop.

Beyond the bare-bones basics, such as check system date/time correct, and insure that the activation code is for that product, and insure the activation code is typed

in correctly, and do a databases update > reboot, and try un and re install > update databases > reboot, and click the "Update subscription status" button (if applicable); we can

not solve License/Activation errors on this forum. If your License/Activation issue is not easily resolvable, please contact Tech Support:
