Hello, I think it is possible, 1- please check Un-assigned system Properties; 2- Check installation method to move system in a specific group. e.g. stand alone package, etc. Thank You!

  5. Hello, In the title of the policy it is showing that this Policy is converted (may be you upgraded the KES version). Please note that this policy is surely applying on the same endpoint you are talking. You may check it via klnagchk.exe via command prompt. Thank You!

Hello, Its easy. 1- If you have domain environment, you can block RDP via policy OR if you have workgroup environment then keep it disable from the Properties of Computer. 2- From KES policy there is a separate rule of it (which can be seen in your attached image). Keep it disable. You will see RED block icon. Lastly, you may have more then one policy therefore make sure you inheritance is disable from KES policy properties Thank You!

  16. Welcome to the KL Forum, SQL is the Database that is used in Kaspersky Security Center. You can download SQL database from the link which is given during installation of the KSC package. Thank You!
  17. Hello, You also have one more option as use "klmover -address 0.0.0.0 In the command prompt where KES is installed you have to use the above command. E.g. C:\Program Files>Kaspersky Lab> Network Agent> klmover -address 0.0.0.0 Put the new KSC IP Address in the place of 0.0.0.0 above. You are done Thank You!

  20. Hello, It is Blank! Why? Click the Blue "Download Button" to download fresh updates. Also are you sure KSC has internet access? If you have proxy/ firewall then put the IP Address of KSC in white-list since your proxy solution will interrupt KSC to download updates. Thank You!

  22. Hello Puchi, If you have multiple users that are managing your KSC then why do you not create a user with limited rights whether able to make changes in Task and policies or to see only? Please find attached images. Secondly, You can configure notifications. If changes are made then it will be sent to email address (specified in KSC notification). Thank You!
  23. ak01 Right said. In addition to this, Certificates are supposed to be deployed from Active Directory. However, if there is SSL certificate error in Network Agent then you can import it on Endpoints. Thank You!
  24. Hello Venky, Ak01 is right. In addtion to this, please check Events in Events viewer > Kaspersky Lab. You will exactly come to know what is the actual cause for disconnecting. If it is DB error then you have only one option left which is Re installing KSC and importing your previous backup in it. Let us know what you see in events viewer. Thank You!
