  1. Hello, I had the same problem and found a solution, just in case someone else experiences this: KSWS10 in fact had the right key, but the license error message didnt come from ksws10 but instead from the security center key which had expired. As soon as I added the correct new key in the administration server properties the license error message on the server hosting the security center disapeard. Regards, Daniel
  2. Hello, you're right. It seems that permissions for virtual admin servers are not automaticaly applied if adding new plugin. Adding permissions and now it works! Thank You! Best regards, Daniel
  3. Hello, when I create a new policy for KES10 SP1 MR2 inside a virtual Administration Server all settings are greyed out and can't be edited. When creating a policy in Security Center directly (not inside a virtual Administration server) it works as expected. It doesn't matter if its a plain new policy or if I choose to copy settings from a minor version policy nor if I choose to us a configuration file. Policies for older versions work well. KSC 10, Patch D applied and Plugin for KES10SP1MR2 installed. Can anyone help please? Thanks, Daniel
  4. Hi, one last question, is this Backup configuration for backing up the old KSC10 configuration for rollback or is it to create the new KSC10 Beta 2 scheduled backup task? Thanks, Daniel
  5. Hi, I've uploaded the requested screenshot. When skipping this step I can continue the installation but I never tried to finish it as I wnat you to get a chance to resolve this issue and I don't have an urgent need to install the beta 2. Thank you Daniel
  6. Hi, I've uploaded the requested files. There was no new $klserver-install* file, please watch the creation dates of the uploaded files. Ufter changing permissions I rebootet the server and I tried yesterday again with the same error. Thank You!
  7. Sorry, posted in common now. Can you please delete this post or tell me where I can do that? thanks!
  8. Hello, I wanted to install KSC 10 SP2 Beta 2 but right at the second step when I choose the option to create backup copy of Administration Server after clicking next it gives me the error "The NETWORK SERVICE account does not have write access to the selected folder for storage of backup copies." If I don't choose this option (what I don't want) it continues to the next step. I tried to give this folder different permissions (including "Everyone" Full) without success. It's an Update from KSC 10 SP1 Patch d, SCBackup is enabled in the current configuration. I can send you Support collector log when you give me a place where to upload. Thanks, Daniel

  10. On my Notebook it sometimes work the whole day but from time to time it suddenly stops working reporting malfunction with all modules. Update Task fails with message "License verification failed" but beta license shows valid 11 more days.
