      Долгое сохранение сообщений || Delays while posting   09/20/2017

      По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.  || Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published.

I cannot seem to get the application "Slack" to work through Kaspersky. As soon as I turn off the protection, the application connects. 

I have made exclusions for the application itself(which resides in the appdata folder for the user instead of the program files), the updater, and the website it connects to(not sure if this actually does anything) and still cannot get the application to work while Kaspersky is running.

Hi,

Please specify only filename of that app instead of specifying full path to it with variables.

Please inform us about result.

Do you mean just do "slack.exe"?

Endpoint Security 10.2.5.3201(MR3) and the Security Center version where we're setting the exception in the policy is 10.3.407.

For further investigation please provide us with KES traces collected while you are running the application.

Make sure it`s blocked and turn off traces.

Please use any file sharing resource to upload traces and provide us with a link.

We are using Kaspersky Security Center to manage the workstations. Should I install this patch where the security center is installed, or on individual clients?

This patch did not change anything. The program works on some computers running under the same policy, just not others. However, as soon as I disable Kaspersky, it works fine.

Hi, when I run this, the command prompt comes up and exits in about 2 seconds. I read I'm supposed to type logfile to log the results however I cannot type it before it ends and it doesn't respond to anything.
