  2. bonjour kavx sur le menu démarrer, exécuter "Utilitaire de modification du compte utilisateur démarrant le service de serveur d’administration" en tant qu'admin choisissez "compte utilisateur" et saisissez le compte souhaité.

  6. hello, No, we have restored the computers to a previous date (before the installation) i think that means it's not possible to get the installation logs.

Hello; I've recently installed Kaspersky EndPoint Security Service Pack 2 for Windows (v on a number of computers. two of them were corrupted after installation, the two computers won't start until restoring system (one PC had this probleme twice) some other computers had some software corrupted ( such as MS Office and Auto Cad) we are using Network Agent v 10.4.343 and we are installing both ways (remotely and localy) and both ways shows the mentioned problemes. does any one notice those problemes? and is there any solution or corrective to fix those problemes? thanks in advance.
  8. bonjour Khasab Parfois après l'installation de l'agent Kaspersky V 10.4.343 et l'application Endpoint V, les programmes de MS OFFICE (Word, Excel...) se dysfonctionne. On peux pas ouvrir aucun fichier de type .docx, .xlsx...(je me souvien pas de l'erreur qui s'affiche, mais c'est comme: "Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier................". Une nouvelle installation de MS OFFICE corrige le probléme.

Bonjour, Nous avons récemment installer KES Network Agent 10.4.343 et Kaspersky Endpoint sur un nombre d'ordinateurs de notre entrprise, cette opération a réussi sur la plupart des ordinateurs, mais dans certains cas MS OFFICE a été corrompu. est-il possible d'éviter ce problème? surtout que nous avons d'autres ordinateurs dans d'autres endroits (500 à 800 KM) et que je ne peux pas intervenir pour réparer MS OFFICE Cordialement.
  10. yes exaclty, i want to verify Unprocessed objects in each machine (windows 7) and resolve them one by one. I can't take the risk of delaeting the unprocessed objects automaticaly, some important data might be lost. best regardes.
  11. yes, but cannot connect to the server, changing the user to the apropriate one fixes the probleme.
