  1. Hi, This feature is very much required in my scenario. Many user work on field and in office, they go on business trip for 3 days to more then a month. I face issue keeping network agent connected to KSC. I have to change the IP manually to keep it connected, number of such users are high. The public IP is not accessible from LAN network and public IP is not even good for controlling clients over internet. eg. Task menu in client property does not work, also it is very slow while taking effect of any changes made in policy and tasks. I request for feature where network agent has option for local IP and Public IP and it first tries to connect to local IP, if the KSC server not available then tries to connect public IP. This feature will be very useful for me and others having same issue. Thank you.
  2. Hi, The folders itself are not present in which files where detected. Till now user has not reported any issue. Thank you.
  3. Hi, I have tried to send you PM. I think it's not working, it is also not showing in the sent folder in the message area. I have attached events SS of users PC through KSC, for exact location of those files please refer my previous replies. Regarding support tab SS I will send it via PM, once it is working. After update, no such detection's. My concern is user don't face any issue because of deleted files. I tried to restore those files but it throws error " Error opening folder, it is possible that the folder does not exist". Thank you.
