Full Scan keeps stopping

Hi,

I'm trying to run a full scan on my computer but it keeps ending at 1% and says Previous Scan Failed.

Welcome to the user forum!

A couple observations which may or may not be part of the issue.

1.  Your GSI shows several AVG products installed which may be incompatible with KTS.  Consider uninstalling them.

2.  Your hard drives are nearly full.  You should free up some space and run a few defrags on them.  The general rule is you should have at least 15% free space.

3.  The version of KTS you are using is an older one.  Upgrade to the latest version which is free during your license period.  https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?/topic/395501-kaspersky-total-security-build-19001088/

Kingsta hi,

Try to scan each drive separetly. Will the issue occur in this case? On what drive?

Try also to edit scan scope for the full scan task and try to identify the problamatic option:

As a variand disable All hard drives option and add each drive to the scope separetly. Retest the issue.

p.s. Indeed it is necessary to free some space on drives (especially in OS C: drive).
