Hello.

Are you using latest databases for Kaspersky Endpoint Security ?

Could you please upload a policy or configuration for Endpoint Security ?

Have you tryed scanning system with Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18

Please check the uploaded a policy for Endpoint Security

We have not tried scanning system with Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18, because Trojan attack in our File Server, so that we can't take risk.

We have not tried updating to Kaspersky Enpoint Security 11, currently we are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10.

Waiting your response.

Thanks.
