OBK Posted January 15, 2018 Hi, I started a task to install the update from KES 10 SP2 to KES 11 beta. After the reboot in the device the attached windows popped up. But why? Please refer to attached screenshots and the install task. Kind regards, OBK install task.klt Share this post Link to post

Nikolay Arinchev Posted January 16, 2018 You can activate KES11 either locally or by means of KSC task. Share this post Link to post

I think I have to describe it clearer: - I started the install task on the KSC - At the end on the client the KES window pops up. - I changed to window license and saw: Application not acitaved - After a time KES was activated Without doing anything. The istallation is okay. But it's not nice that the window pops up. Kind regards, OBK Share this post Link to post
Nikolay Arinchev Posted January 16, 2018 This is expected behavior. Since you didn`t specify a key during installation KES was installed without it. But during synchronization(15 by default) it received a key from KSC and was activated automatically. Share this post Link to post

Nikolay Arinchev Posted January 24, 2018 Hi, You could use setup.ini file instead. Could you please confirm that this window does not appear if a key is specified at KES installation package? Thank you! Share this post Link to post
