Renewing total security, there is no 'Australia" in the billing drop down

Back in Aug 2016  I had a computer store remove a virus and install Kaspersky Total security.

Now the first renewal is due in 3 days there is no 'Australia" in the billing drop down box and I am stuck at that point of sale

What do I do?
