Update and see if it's solved. If not, better contact support.

Thanks Kaspersky. Problem resolved. Get Support from local distributor.

What did you do to resolve the problem?

I have the same issue on Samsung GT-I9082, after updating from Android 4.1 to 4.2.

What Kaspersky version are you using?

If you updated to new OS 4.2, uninstall Kaspersky an reinstall again.

Then check your wifi settings in advanced.(no proxy)

If still not working properly try disable Web Protection to test.(then reinable)

If none of that works send report to Kaspersky then post "code here" for Kaspersky Experts to view.

Kaspersky Mobile Security (paid version through Google Play)

Version: 9.10.141

I already reset the entire device. Only through that step I realised that KMS is the culprit. After resetting I had no interruptions until I installed KMS...

Disabling Web Protection didn't work. I'm keeping it switched off though to observe whether the device is working more stable now.

How do I send report to Kaspersky?

Thanks!

Jan

Edit: Just wait a second... Why is the paid product on version number 9.10, and the free product on version number 11.5? And the paid product no longer visible in Google Play unless you enter the product URL manually...?

Has it been discontiued?

Hi, 11.5 is the latest mobile version in online store an Google Play Store.

I am not sure you are using outdated version i just presumed it was because you had old device.

Do you have the "Currant" Licence Activation Code?

If you do uninstall Version: 9.10.141

Go to Google Play Store install latest version.

Online.http://support.kaspersky.com/10192

If you have the "Currant Activation Code" you can update to Premium.

For Support go online https://my.kaspersky.com/?logonSessionData=...en%2Findex.html

No, it's not. The app that I purchased is still stuck on version 9.10.141. See attachment for proof.

This link is only visible when I'm logged into Google.

And of course my purchase doesn't unlock version 11.5.

Anyway, I've uninstalled my version, and now I'm on the "free" product. I don't think I'm gonna pay for premium again though.

Thanks,

Jan
