  7. hello once you install windows 7 all your stuffs will get removed(including if you have installed KASPERSKY) so its waste to install kaspersky before because after clean window 7 install you have to re install all your products and foe your defender issue google it you will get millions article on it
  8. adding that software to exclusions will/can solve your issue, since if without kaspersky you have no issue BUT REMEMBER IF THE FILE IS INFECTED,VULNERABLE OR SO KASPERSKY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOSS because adding to exclusions means for kaspersky its not on the system, kaspersky will not interfere/protect that software to add to exclusions go to kaspersky main windows>on top right side click on settings>then go to threats and exclusions listed on the left side>now click on settings under exclusions on right side>now click on the trusted application tab>now click on add and select your desired application's .exe(not the folder)>as soon as you select an application a new window will popup>select all boxes(tick them all)>click ok>then click apply on main kaspersky setting window>now do a reboot i guess this will solve your issue if kaspersky was the reason of your problem regards
