KTS(2017) & Windows firewall both turned off

Hi every time i start my pc i get the message that Total security and Windows firewall are turned off however in the firewall settings for KTS it say its on this problem started today(02/02/2018)

Can you please check with MSCONFIG if Windows Defender is disabled at Startup and in the Services + Reboot.

Please follow these easy steps :

> Windows magnifier in the systray > type MSCONFIG 

> Disable Windows Defender in the Startup list (right mouse click)

> Disable Windows Defender in the the Services list (right mouse click)

> Restart your PC

It won’t let me says action cannot be completed access is denied(for the ones in services)

Only thing there is defender notification icon which is disabled

what about uninstalling then installing the 2018 version?(I have 2017 version)

Please proceed as follows :

> disable KIS 2017 > uninstall > reboot

> install KIS 2018 > update databases > reboot

Ok how do I disable  kaspersky & uninstall kaspersky

Right click on the red K-icon in the systray > Exit and open the Control Panel > Programs to uninstall
