Can't delete expired license

Hello support,

I am trying to delete an expired license from KSC properties. When I click on delete button nothing happens (find attached KL CentralSupport ).

Could you help me with this?

KSC 10.4.343

Hello,

We met the same problem at our customer's site. As a workaround you can make a backup, reinstall KSC and restore. This solves the problem.

Hey KL support, is there another way to fix this without reinstall/restore? (eg: an script, delete a registry, something...)

Are KSC console and server of the same version ?

Are they located on one machine ?

Please attach a screen shot of key properties on tab "Devices".

The license that I can't delete is for "Security Center" and not to "WS or FS". So, it is located just to one machine (in this case, to administration server itself).

This problem will be fixed in patch А for KSC 10 SP2 MR1.

Please do the following:

1. Stop the Administration Server

2. Replace klcssrv.dll with the file:
ftp://klcssrv_ro:l40Uufqts8nD@data14.kaspersky-labs.com/klcssrv.dll

3. Start the Administration Server

This should resolve the issue.

Hello Kirill,

It worked, but now I see the below message "Kaspersky Event Log" (Windows Event Viewer). The events are occouring in each minute (please find attached).

Database error occured: #1950 (2812) Generic db error: "2812 '{42000} Could not find stored procedure 'fts_offline_updates_process_invalidated_hosts'.; Could not find stored procedure 'fts_offline_updates_process_invalidated_hosts'.' LastStatement='fts_offline_updates_process_invalidated_hosts'"

I filtered by "errors" and I hadn't these event before replace the klcssrv.dll file.

Could you help me?
