Not being able to use a program properly (league of legends) [In progress]

Dear people at Kaspersky and everyone else of course,

 

When I try using the program (game) league of legends it keeps giving me an error saying that it can't connect to the server and that I should check my firewall.

I made sure it has been added to the trusted applications but it still won't let me connect.

 

I did a getsysteminfo run and these are the results

Hi,

 

According to the GSI report provided you have KES 10.1.0.867 and Network Agent 10.0.3361 versions installed that are out of date a bit. First of all, I would recommend to get the latest versions deployed from here and here. Please let us know if after the upgrade you will still have the issue.

According to the GSI report provided you have KES 10.1.0.867 and Network Agent 10.0.3361 versions installed that are out of date a bit. First of all, I would recommend to get the latest versions deployed from here and here. Please let us know if after the upgrade you will still have the issue.

Updated the KES but wasn't able to update the Network agent (some clarification on how to do it as in which file to run would be great). So far I still had the same problem after updating KES.

Hello.

 

Please check Firewall report for blocking messages (this can be done locally in KES by right-clicking a component). This way you can determine exactly what process is getting blocked and why.

Also, what options did you check when adding the executable to trusted? Can you provide a screenshot?

Unfortunately, KL HQ has limited access to file shares. Please attach the images to your posts.

Alternatively, you can use Imageshack.

Isn't it the same uploading the two images to imageshack as what I did in my previous post, uploading them to postimg.org?

 

I attached one image the other I had already deleted.

Tested it out on my computer and found out that it doesn't help either.

However I believe there's a firewall for the entire network here, which I am not able to access if it exists.

 

Also for some strange reason the kaspersky forums load really slowly for me (other forums and webpages work fine in general).

In this case it might be not related to Kaspersky Antivirus at all. You can also check whether you get any improvement if you exit the antivirus or disable all its protection components.

Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue, though can get around it by disabling Mail, Web, and IM Anti-Virus. It is very strange as a colleague can play League with Kaspersky running. The main difference for him is that he installed League of Legends AFTER KES10 was installed. In my case, League was installed first and then KES10 was installed after. IIRC, League worked with KES10 running for a couple months and then a League or KES patch caused it to stop working.

 

All help would be greatly appreciated as I would prefer to have KES10 running with full functionality instead of disabling the 3 AV programs.

 

Windows 10

Dear Brothers,

the issue is for monitored ports.

you do not need to disable the functions.

by disabling the http 80 and https 443 the issue is resolved.

check it please and let us know?
