The attached notification pops up frequently with a loud sound. First of all, I don't understand what it means - and second, it is very annoying. Hope someone can tell me how to get rid of the notification. Thank you. PS: Also, perhaps someone can tell me what it means.

Hi and thank you again. I've got the Kaspersky portables and they work just fine. Now, I'm particularly interested in PortableApps.com. I don't understand this at all and would like to learn - but can't find a "How to" manual. I don't understand what a launcher is and I don't understand how to implement the portable apps on a flash drive. I'm fairly techy - but this is one area I've never had the opportunity to get involved with. I don't know what to do with the app I downloaded and can't understand the instructions on portableapps.com. Could someone please help me along?

I'd like to know if there's a portable version of Kaspersky Internet Security and / or Kaspersky Virus Removal. I want to put a portable version of some tools on a flash drive to make it easier to fix problems at other people's (friends) houses. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you..............

What didn't work for you on Chrome? The URL I'm trying to get to work is: inside.foxnew.com. I tried that in Chrome/Flash Content - but it didn't work. I still believe that there's something similar in Kaspersky that I must do - but I can't find it. I am using Version 18 - same build as you. What do you mean by manually updating it?

I use Chrome - but the problem is the same on Edge. I think I need an exclusion somewhere on K but don't understand much on the K user interface. Perhaps K is looking at that site as an ad? If so, I don't know how to exclude the site. Is there a site that serves as a Kaspersky manual? I'd like to learn the interface. Thank you.

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 and Windows 10. I get streaming video on every website except Fox News Insider. There, all I get is a black box where the video should be. After I disable protection and restart my PC, the video on that website works fine. So, some setting in Kaspersky must be blocking the video. I welcome all suggestions on what settings or options to change (or other includes/excludes) to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance!

I can view video on everything on Chrome and Microsoft Edge - except when accessing Fox News Insider. I tried shutting off Kaspersky and rebooting and I can watch the video. However, I can't figure out what to do inside Kaspersky Internet Security to watch the video and leave Kaspersky on. I've tried excluding the website - but that didn't help. Perhaps someone else has had the same problem and can point me in the right direction. I'm sure I'm missing something. Thank you.

Since installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus (trial), I have been receiving a warning that starts off with the words in the title. I am using Mozilla Thunderbird with Google mail. The location is: pop.googlemailcom:995. I have checked the box that makes this a permanent exception - but the warning keeps popping up. I know it's the Kaspersky software that is causing this because, if I shut of Kaspersky protection, I don't get this warning. I've tried making this an exclusion but, perhaps, I made the wrong choices in the Exclusion dialog box. Need some help. Thanks in advance!!!
