Hello, While doing the settings “to protect against cryptoviruses in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows Workstation” (https://support.kaspersky.com/10905#block1),most of the scanner application is not running properly .In our network there are more than 500 type of scanners software are used .So we can’t able to white list all these application So we made some modification in the policy (Please go through the attached policy( policy 1 policy 2 policy 3 screenshot)).After implementing that we cant able to sole the issue in the Endpoints.   4. Hello sir, Each end point need 100Gb free space. I am informing you that the end point system is taking extra 10 to 30Gb of space in "C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\wusfiles " and 3 weeks after installation the space is still consumed . Kaspersky support team already took the remote please check the INC000004017457.

Hello Sir, Existing issue in Windows update (we tried to run the windows update for only 200 systems) • Using more space in C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\wusfiles while executing the windows update (Total folder size is not equal to the folder size). And there is a lot of irregularity. Please go through the attached screenshot. • After installation the Space will not release it from this particular location C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\wusfiles. • Patch installation will execute only if we try to run the task more than 3 times. We can't auto mate the process. • Takes more time to complete "Find vulnerabilities and required updates" task i.e. more than 3 hours for a system. • Patch size is not equal to this folder size C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\adminkit\1103\wusfiles. • While running the wsus process we are facing the Av update issue. • Police is taking more time to get applied. • If we are having 110 patches it will install 70 patches after that it will ask for restart. After that the task will not continue, we have to restart the task. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.Please don't tell me to upgrade .We tested the new version it's have the same issues.   6. Hello, New feature in KSC SP1"Download update to computer without installing " is not working properly.In the task it is showing that the patches are moved to the location. But once we check it manually, the patched will not be there. Please go through the attachements. w_update_task.rar
  7. Hello 5500 machines are in this network. Currently 95% of the machines are not taking av - updates. Till last tuesday updates were running properly. Issues started after that.   9. Hello, That is not a New virus. It is detecting in our Web antivirus( ie when I use browser it is detecting in web Antivirus) But when I use Outlook It is not detecting. That means I can open the mail in outlook and I can download the attachment.
  10. Hello Sir, Last day I got a spam mail. But when I download the attachment, The Kaspersky is detecting the attachment as Virus In browser. But when We use the Outlook.   12. In windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit the windows update is working. But not in 8.1 Please check the attachments.
