  1. I installed the cleanup-utility and run it, but I can't find any entry for the KAV for Exchange. All I find is: [...] Kaspersky Administration Kit [5.0.1152] Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows File Server Console Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows File Servers [5.0.77] [...] I also tried to cleanup any remainings from prior attempts to install in the filesystem - but I still get the same error.

  3. Hi, I'm running a SBS 2003 R2 Server with systemlanguage German. As recommended I tried to replace KAV 4.5 for Exchange with KAV 5.5 for Exchange. So I uninstalled 4.5, rebooted the server and run "kav5.5.1185.0_exchangeen.exe". After the file is extracted and the installer started I get the message "Another instance of the installer is already running." When I take a look at the task manager - I find kav5.5.1185.0_exchangeen.exe in the process-list twice - but I started it just once!. I've tried several ways to run the .exe - no way to install the programm!
