  3. HEllo @create_share If you want to enable or disable the KES protection from the KSC, Then follow the following steps:. Go to Managed Devices>Select the device on which you want to disable /enable protection. Double-click or right click and select the properties of the device. You will see a tab on the left side of the window, Applications. From there, you can stop or start any application of KAspersky installed on the device. I am facing an issue related to the generation of reports Whenever I try to generate a report for more than 7 days, it always give me data from last seven days and it doesnt change if I try report for last 30 days or 90 days. As the event store is set to 180 days, I still didn't get any events in KSC 14 and 14.2. Also If anyone can explain the flow of events and report generation,. Anyone's help would be appreciated 🙂
  8. Hello @Diego Moraes and @Frekos I am also managing Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows. As the infrastructure here in my organisation os Air Gapped and doesn't have any internet connection. Now I am facing an error in editing my policies and it's asking to upgrade my plugin. As the plugins is still fully supported by Kaspersky but it's not working. Kindly help me in this regard if you have any idea or knowledge. Error is : You can't edit the object because You are using and outdated version of plugin.
  9. Hello @m.q.p I am also facing the issue during the upgrade from 11.9 to 12.3 using a remote installation task and it gives some fatal error code 1330 during installation. Kindly help me if you have any ideas. Everyone's help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance. @ElvinE5 will appreciate your kind support. Our environment is air-gapped (having no internet connection) and we actually want to upgrade from 11.9 to 12.3 for windows and from 11.3 to 11.4 for linux.

  11. Thank you again for your detailed reply. @LAN Support @Farhad You kind observation would be appreciated in the issue. But the problem is happening on a single KSC while working fine on another KSC. Let me describe the environment first: A = master KSC, and b,c, d, and e = slave KSC. So the updates are working fine on c, d, and e while not working on A and b. I hope the above scenario clears the environment. Now you have described the task of updating devices, but our two KSCs, Master A and Slave b, are not updating the repositories as the other two update them correctly. Note: We are using a local folder or network folder as an update source for the task. DOWNLOAD UPDATE TO ADMN SERVER REPOSITORY.
  12. HEllo Everyone! I am facing an issue with default reports. When we generate the Report on Users of Infected Devices, it is supposed to show us the users of infected devices. But the reports show some of the ENdpoints and VM names instead of user names, confusing the report type. Everyone's help would be appreciated. The report is REPORT ON DEVICE USERS, but it shows only a few devices and also shows the devices that have not been active for a long time. The main issue is not showing any option for next entries; for example, it shows 1000 total entries with no option for next page. Everyone is requested to share their views and help me troubleshoot the issue. SOME INFO: KSC 14 KESW 11.9 KESL 11.3
