Hello, I use multiple Firefox profiles in Windows to separate my different browsing activities so they don't interfere and to reduce the chances of compromise. I've been doing this successfully for many years, before Multi-Account containers were implemented in Firefox. I use the Firefox Profile Manager to create multiple profiles, then add shortcuts to the Desktop. Having separate shortcuts allows me to set a custom icon to make clear the purpose of each shortcut and the Firefox profile it uses. The Target command used in each shortcut is in the form: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P my-profile-name1 -no-remote The "-no-remote" means that it starts a new instance or copy of Firefox, using the profile "my-profile-name1". It doesn't open a new tab in the existing default browser. If that profile is already open, the "-no-remote" means that it won't respond to any requests to open a new tab. I maintain and use the default Firefox profile for everyday browsing. This means when I click a URL link, it will open in a new tab in my default browser instance. The default browser is also where I have the Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) extension installed to populate login details from my password vault and to update or add entries. My questions: Can I install the KPM extension in multiple profiles? Can I use the KPM extension in multiple profiles at the same time? If using multiple profiles at the same time is not possible, can I use the KPM extension in one of the multiple profiles at a time? If I can install the KPM extension in multiple profiles, is it possible to use the non-default profiles in a read-only way, to populate login fields but not to save new entries? I'm guessing that KPM already allows multiple access to the password vault, from both the application and the syncing process, so multiple access may be possible. However if the extension isn't built to handle access from multiple instances of itself, then option 2 (above) won't be possible. I'm hoping that option 3 or 4 might be possible fall-back uses. I'm not sure exactly how to go about testing these scenarios and what success or failure would look like. Obviously I need to use a backup of my vault in another user account, create some new Firefox profiles, find a way to install the KPM extension in each profile, try using each profile instance one at a time, then try using two profile instances at the same time, noting results/errors each time. If anyone has any experience of using the KPM extension with multiple Firefox profiles, I'd be very interested to hear about your experiences. I'm having an issue where the Kaspersky Password Manager extension isn't working at all on Helium (a Chromium-based browser). Curiously, the main Kaspersky Antivirus app works perfectly fine and integrates without any issues. Is anyone else experiencing this with Chromium browsers, or is there a known workaround to get the password manager extension to load?

Закончилась лицензия на KPremium. Активировал новую лицензию на пк, про смартфон забыл. Сегодня при открытии kpm на андроид смартфоне, при выборе способа активации быстрый вход kpm выдаёт

Я на ежедневной основе пользуюсь сервисами с доступом по ssh-протоколу. И я хочу надежно хранить мои приватные ssh-ключи в KPM, чтобы иметь к этим ключам защищенный доступ на всех своих устройствах. Кроме того, я время от времени подписываю разные электродокументы при помощи УКЭЦП и хочу так же секьюрно хранить свой сертификат УКЭЦП в KPM. Иными словами, я хочу для хранения ssh-ключей и УКЭП-сертификатов использовать KPM так же, как я использую его для хранения паролей. Для этого всего хотелось бы иметь возможность сохранять в разделе "Документы" не только pdf-файлы, но и любые другие файлы, поскольку сертификаты УКЭЦП и приватные ssh-ключи в зависимости от формата могут иметь целый набор разных расширений.

Device: Google Pixel 10 Pro XL OS: Android 17 Beta 1 App Version: Kaspersky Password Manager 9.2.101.40 I am experiencing a consistent crash with Kaspersky Password Manager while testing the new Android 17 Beta 1. The app successfully opens to the initial login screen, but immediately crashes and completely closes as soon as I enter my password and select "Unlock." Because I need access to my passwords, I have opted out of the Android beta. I am hoping KPM will resume normal functionality on the next public Android release. I am reporting this now so the development team is aware of the compatibility issue. I hope this can be investigated and patched so that the app doesn't break for everyone when Android 17 officially launches to the public. Thank you for looking into this.

Может быть что, то известно о возможном клиенте KPM под LInux? Буду рад любой информации. В службу поддержки да же вопрос сложно задать - нет там темы по такой ОС. Использую ALT Linux, все необходимое ПО для работы и жизни в наличии для данной ОС, остался только KPM и был бы full house :)

У всех расширение работает в хромиум браузерах? Сегодня обнаружил что работает только в Firefox. В хроме, яндексе и edge просто не запускается. При этом с самим KPM все нормально. Попробовал переустановить KPM и заново установить расширения, проблему это не решило.

Не так давно стала пользоваться Менеджером паролей. Два вопроса: 1) Почему при автоматическом создании карточки формы нельзя сразу дать этой карточке название? 2) Почему при редактировании названия уже готовой карточки это название полностью стирается из поля ввода, и приходится нужные буковки набирать вручную в пустом поле?

iOS 26.2 более 1/3 свободной памяти, сборка приложения 9.2.97.28. Приложение стоит на телефоне и ПК (на ПК тоже последняя версия), все синхронизируется. При редактировании ("Изменить") некоторых учетных записей (не все, логику пока не понял), даже поля "Комментарий", не дает сохранить изменения, пишет "Что-то пошло не так. Повторите попытку позже". На ПК все ок. Признак "Избранное" или значение текущего поиска - не влияют на поведение. Делал полную переустановку приложения на телефоне - не помогло. Гасил единственный ПК с запущенным экземпляром менджера паролей, чтобы они не толкались локтями к облаку с телефоном - не помогла. Регистрировали ли вы у себя такую ошибку? Где в мобильном приложении увидить реальную причину, информативную ошибку?

Может реализовано для галочки или не хватает сотрудников, которые могли бы поправить подстановку данных на сайтах? У меня есть несколько сайтов, где КРМ после обновления своих баз перестает поставлять данные, либо частично, либо полностью, обо всех этих сайтах сообщал через функционал в дополнении, про некоторые несколько раз, но каждым обновлением баз КРМ у меня все больше проблемных сайтов, чем решенных. Понимаю, что возможно сайты не особо популярные для всех, но хотелось чтобы все заявки отправленные через дополнение рассматривались и решались. Все галочки о предоставлении анонимных данных стоят, хотя там тоже вопрос: почему только все на английским и актуально ли все там, дата указана: 16.2023 Пример одного из проблемных сайтов.

Operating System: Windows 11, Version 25H2 Kaspersky Application: Kaspersky Password Manager (Version 25.1.0.602) Problem Summary: I can't install the Password Manager extension on Firefox. In 'Browsers' (in 'Settings' on the Password Manager app), Firefox isn't listed as an option, only Microsoft Edge. (See image below.) Extra Details: I recently purchased a new laptop. I installed Kaspersky and Firefox, but the option to install the Password Manager extension doesn't appear for Firefox (I've managed to install the Kaspersky Protection extension without issue). I have, however, been able to install the Password Manager extension for Microsoft Edge. I've tried uninstalling Kaspersky and Firefox, but the problem persists. I haven't had this issue on any of my other devices. As far as I'm aware, there isn't any other way to install the extension.

Сегодня обнаружил апдейт KPM с долгожданными ключами доступа в RuStore и магазинчике Xiaomi Getapps. В чем собственно вопрос. Интересно узнать только ли у меня проблема с синхронизацией в этом апдейте? Синхронизация работает только в одну сторону -> с ПК на Windows на устройства Android. Android при этом сам ничего выгрузить не может. Значок синхронизации крутится, потом выдает сообщение об ошибке. Переустановка, как и переподключение через my kaspersky, не помогает. Ошибка воспроизводится на poco x6 pro и на xiaomi pad 6. Запрос в поддержку уже отправлен.

Здравствуйте. При вводе пароля на сайте и выводе окна с предложением сохранить пароль - можно выбрать - "не спрашивать на этом сайте" Но - данная опция не работает, есть ли понимание - когда она таки будет работать? Так как регулярно очень нужно не спрашивать пароль сохранять, не предлагать воводить и т.д. Т.е. полностью игнорировать сайты какие то .... ПС: в настройках в списке игнорируемых - сайт есть. Эффекта от того что он там есть - нет. Предлагает из раза в раз пароль сохранить.
