I have been communicating with Kaspersky support since February 27 about an issue. They said the issue would be referred to tier 2 support on March 5 after a couple of suggestions did not fix the issue, but I have not heard a response yet. Is this a normal response time? My Kaspersky Anti-virus is unable to resolve a Trojan.Win32.Generic. When I click on resolve, nothing happens, and the warning that the virus was detected still shows. The file name of the program where the virus is found appears to be the installer from a program I trust (Covenant Eyes), but the warning won't go away. I tried uninstalling the program, but that did not resolve the issue. I sent a traces log on March 5. I haven't been using my computer for several weeks now, so I was hoping to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
