Hi Kaspersky Forum,
our company is using KSOS 5 File Server (Build Version 22.214.171.1241).
Since installing KSOS one of our client systems (Windows 7) it is no longer able to receive scanned documents (PDFs).
Normally the printer/scanner sends the scanned document to a smb-share on the client PC (e.g. \\clientsystem\data).
There are no error messages.
The problem disappears when KSOS is deactivated which leads to the normal behaviour of scanned documents just appearing within a folder.
- telling KSOS not to scan the smb-share
- or allowing all private network traffic to the client system
All to no avail.
I would appreciate any input to solve this issue.
