  1. Thank you for your answer, we will check this. Can you say also host names, where KLMS connects while using SURBL and DNSBL? We would like to test these domains' connections too. Regards, Tamas from NewCo
  2. Hi all! I have questions regarding KLMS 8.0, on FreeBSD. Recently the mail traffic was slowed down very much. We fixed this by changing the default 10 sec dnstimeout to 1, but it still took one whole day for the server to come back to life (there is HUGE amount of mails). We found this in the header of the e-mails: X-KLMS-AntiSpam-Info: ... {DNS response errors} We found out something was wrong with SURBL and DNSBL. But on the server the DNS settings and every other network things work correctly. Some SURBL or DNSBL server was down maybe? Qustions: - What are the built-in SURBL and DNSBL lists that are used by default? Where does KLMS want to connect? - What log files should we check to see information about these kind of errors? How do we know that KLMS is waiting for DNS response? - If we experience similar issue in the future, how do we know which list is bad and what can we do to avoid slowing down? - General: is there a way to find out how much time it takes for KLMS to process a mail? (Again: there is HUGE amount of e-mails, so every second counts.) We don't use the web interface, only command line on FreeBSD. Thank you!
