I have a Kaspersky Premium subscription with (up to 3 devices) and i want to add an extra device to it, and from what i did saw in an official Kaspersky help page
it is possible to do so, as shown in bellow screenshot.
so i need to know: 

1. if it is really possible to add extra device.
2. how to add extra device, because what is in the help page doesn't match anything in the subscription UI

Welcome!

• We also don't have the option/s available in (our) MyKaspersky account; we raised the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service -> the agent & his Supervisor also don't have the option/s available. 
• Kaspersky Customer Service have escalated this to the experts to find out if the feature has been released *globally* & OR if it's a *partial* release to some regions only at the present time. 
• We're assuming IF/when the option/s are available - the process (hopefully) will be clear in the MyKaspersky account, IF not we'll seek to have as much information available so (you) have assistance. 
• Please wait patiently until the experts revert, we'll update (your) topic with their feedback.

Update from Kaspersky experts:

1. The feature is managed by IPM (Incident Prevention and Mitigation) campaigns, and the availability of this feature depends on the region.
2. There is no global upgrade for now.
3. This feature will appear in the product and on the portal for customers due to the regional settings of IPM.
4. The feature is unavailable by default.
5. A request has been made to the relevant team responsible to change the article and provide more information for customers about how this feature works.
