  1. I am looking for a way to remove all of my no longer needed domains from the console (Network Poll/Active Directory). I have removed the domains from the advanced section yet they are still showing up in the console. There is no way to right click them and remove them and if we have to go in to every folder and uncheck Enable Poll I will be at it for weeks. Which is unacceptable. I am pretty certain there is a script that can run against the Kaspersky database to wipe all of the Active directory polling data so we can "start over". I say this because a Kaspersky tech at one point had done this for us while troubleshooting issues. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
  2. Thanks for the useless answer. When can we as a business expect support for the newer MINOR release to EL Capitan? Three months? Three days? What? You (Kaspersky in general) have the absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced and it has not gotten much better over the last 5+ years we have been a customer. It's like pulling teeth just to get a simple answer.
  3. So what is the official Kaspersky stance on El Capitan 10.11.1? We use the enterprise system not retail and are starting to get Macbooks that users are upgrading to 10.11.1 and installing via the console fails everyime. thanks in advance. :dash1:
  4. Thanks. now if they would update the website with that data that would be GREAT! Particularly....http://support.kaspersky.com/12392#block1 But hey at least now we have a date to shoot for. :cb_punk:
  5. What happened to before December? Could you narrow down as to when in December. This super slow release is really messing things up for us, even more so than with WIN8 when you took so long to release support for that OS. Kaspersky needs to start being more proactive with its business customers. :dash1:
  6. so far so good on 2012 R2.. 10.2.575.0 now to push out the updated agent.
  7. please give me the ability to remove domains from the Unassigned devices/Active directory tree. I have domains that we retired and cannot remove them from the console...so irritating. I was given a sql script to wipe them all out at one point but cannot locate it anymore.
  8. Thanks but Beta on production systems is really a poor response considering that your competition already has enterprise support. Windows 10 is not something new that just appeared out of thin air.... Same issues and responses as when Windows 8 was in beta/production modes.
  9. DECEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously?!?!?!?!?@?@?#?$?$%?% :aa: :icon20:  :dash1: I thought October was bad, first initial release date. Which ten would put it sometime in November when I could start upgrading. now NOT until January. Completely unacceptable!
  10. Wow, talk about customer support. I agree that you have a great product, we have been a Kaspersky customer for almost 6 years now and I must say your reasoning for product updates is HANDS DOWN THE WORSE I have ever encountered. So you are saying that we cannot upgrade ANYTHING until at least November because releasing the patch does not guarantee that we can use it right away as we need to test it first. Just because businesses/enterprise customers do not upgrade as fast as retail that does not mean that we do not need the support. We have to test the OS against all our systems before we can go live and one of those(most critical) is security/anti-virus. You NEED to start doing a better job of supporting not only your corporate customers but also those that are using a beta. Starting a beta AFTER the release of a OS is the total wrong way of thinking. Step it up guys!!!! I am tired of :dash1: Roger Truss Brunswick Corporation IT
  11. Its older but I have a question. Can I simply enable the option and leave it enabled for all systems that install the agent? Is the agent smart enough to know if its vdi based or not?
  12. Forgive me if this is resolved in the latest version of the console (I have not read that it is but...) I have complained about this before and mentioned it to our V.A.R. and several Kaspersky techs but the inability :dash1: to remove active directory sites from Unassigned Computers needs to be addressed. If a AD site is no longer viable it should no longer be in the console. Simply removing the tick to enable scanning is just a lazy way to manage it. I had received a sql script once to wipe out all the info in the database but alas I can no longer find it. Thanks in advance.

  14. What is the E.T.A. for SP2 and is there a beta we can get in on for this? We are testing the OS and IT security requires us to have a A/V client on it. Kaspersky does not do the best job of detecting and removing Microsoft A/V products (especially System Center Endpoint Security) so keeping with Kasperskyy will be easier. Also we would like to use Kaspersky as that is what we purchased. Thanks in Advance
  15. I see this issue is finally being addressed. I am still on KES10 MR1 and this has been driving me crazy for about the last 6 months. I just remove and reinstall the network agent to get around it. Looks like I will be waiting for KES 10 SP1 Patch B before I upgrade my server and agents. :bravo:
