  1. That is correct, when I reinstall 10.3.407b and restore the database using the KLBackup utility everything works. Doing a new install of 10.4.343 the console launches, but will not launch after the restore. In the event log message is upgrading Administration Server.

So at that configuration the issues does not occur?

    Thank you!

  2. Unfortunately at this time due to the nature of our install I am unable to do this. I had to revert to version 10.3.407b due to management of non persistent VDI desktops.

    Hi,

Please provide us with newly collected GSI report.

    Thank you!

    In event log I see

  5. Kaspersky support logged in my KSC server today and after a while and several checking they manage to fix the problem.

There was some problems encountered during the installation of Kaspersky Security Center server 10.4.343 version.

They ran a script that fixed those problems and restarted the Kaspersky Security Center Administration server service.

After that the Administration server service run successfully and the Console connected to the server.

Apparently it has something to with the data base (like it was mention here).

    so for now - :bravo:

Glad to hear that support was able to work with you resolve this!

  6. Hi Goldy,

Yes I experienced the same exact issue after installing fresh copy. It worked until I loaded the backup. Unfortunately since KSC is being used for our VDI and Physical environment, I didn't have the time nor resources to work with support. I uninstalled and reinstalled version 10.3.407 of KSC and ran the KLBackup utility to restore and it worked. I found this thread to see when I was searching to see if anyone experienced a similar issue. Are you using any of the same components that I listed?

    Hi NVaZN.

    Tried your suggestion.

I Uninstalled KSC and install the new one - all is well.

Open the new KSC - no problem.

Load the backup - the same issues as before.

    KSC refuse to work.

  7. Same here, but have had problems with reverting snapshots in regards to duplicate names in AD in our environment so I just manually uninstalled and reinstalled. I am curious as to why KSC would not open. I checked event log and there were no errors. Installed version 10.4.343 from scratch and KSC opened without an issue.

KSC is currently being used to manage KSV Agentless 3.1.0, KSV Light Agent 3.4.44, KES 10.2.5.3201

  8. Thank you Ivan,

We had many problems deploying on premise for MDM. It would benefit business customers if this is the case. Home products can use My Kaspersky to connect for Cloud Management of devices.

    Hello!

Unfortunately . your license does nit fit the cloud based product, i.e. Endpoint Security Cloud has its own licenses, that must be purchased separately according to the number of the used nodes.

More information you can find here:

    Thanks!
