No puede excluir algún sitio web en particular del canal VPN.

  3. Hi @Skyake, Please let us know which exact Edge Dev version do you have installed? Did the issue occur in previous Edge Dev version? What is the error (if there is any)? Posting a video of the issue as per suggestion from Flood above - would be perfect.

Your chat was initially handled by a recently hired i.e. inexperienced agent, and this was the source of confusion with the wrongly sent resolution message, as well as a duplicate request of proof of purchase. Having said that, the 1-device license appears to have been used 19 times to activate the app and appears to have been reset multiple times in the recent past, these are some of the factors we train our staff to be suspicious of when dealing with activation limit and device limit enquiries. Please accept our apologies.

  10. hi @raul1ro, disabling scan of encrypted connections is not offered as a solution, it is only for diagnostic purposes. Since it helps, we need to find out which urls are to be added to Trusted addresses to remedy this issue. To achieve this, please do the following: - enable back scan of encrypted connections - enable traces (here is the instruction: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/12797) - restart Kaspersky (exit and start again) and restart the browser - open binance site to reproduce the issue - disable traces - upload the logs to some cloud and send me via PM the link
  11. Hi @JPEKaspersky, KIS 21.3 will definitely be supported for more than 1 year. You do not need to upgrade to Kaspersky Standard/Plus/Premium right now, there is no urgency at all.

  14. Hi @FilT, I will dare to make an assumption that the Support Team Leader from Restoro for sure knows that Kaspersky is detected as malware for years, and definitely it is not Kaspersky application is well protected by Self-Defense and other technologies.
  15. @sputnikk, уровень 100 - это наименее информативный уровень. Оптимально в данном случае трассировки уровня 500 (по умолчанию). Запишите, пожалуйста, минут 10-15 воспроизведения ситуации.
  16. @raul1ro, does it help to disable scan of encrypted connections via Settings -> Network settings -> select 'Do not scan encrypted connections'?

Есть еще такой нюанс, продукт проверяет трафик, и в некоторых случаях, какое-то приложение (сервис) может соединяться с Интернет, а т.к. продукт этот трафик пропускает через себя - то условный Network Meter видит, что получатель/отправитель трафика - это KIS. Хотя на самом деле "мопед не наш, мы только проверяем". Что можно сделать: посмотреть на какие сервера идут соединения и вычислить таким образом источник.

  20. Hola @Juan Antonio, Te recomiendo que restableces Microsoft Edge. Antes de empezar, al resetear tu navegador Microsoft Edge, vas a tener que eliminar el historial del navegador, cookies y todas las plugins y configuraciones que tengas realizadas en el mismo. Abra el enlace edge://settings/reset?search=reset en su navegador Edge y haga clic en Restablecer.

  22. Hi @Tormas, A bit of clarification, if you do not mind: 1. No Internet with disabled VPN as well? 2. Can you check your network adapters, how many are there starting with Kaspersky? 3. Does it help to exit KTS? 4. Does it help to uninstall VPN?

Hi @raul1ro, Will this help? - Open Kaspersky > Settings > General > uncheck Enable self-defence option. - Save settings > unload Kaspersky by right-click on the 'Green shield' Kaspersky icon in System Tray (on the bottom right corner of your screen) and select “Exit”. When asked if you are sure you want to exit, please click on “Continue”. - Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Report - Delete content of folder. - Launch Kaspersky, enable self-defence and check.
