  2. Hi all, the issue is fixed in the next product version (21.15) which is expected this year. The workaround is either to disable Split Tunnelling (if this feature is available in your VPN) or use the previous version of Kaspersky (21.13) until the release of 21.15.

HI all, To fix this issue please do the following: (copied the instruction by Sierra Dad, as it has a more polished look) 1) Locate the program folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0 or C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0 2) Open a command prompt with administrator rights Search the Start menu for "cmd", right-click the resulting "Command Prompt" entry, select "Run As Administrator." You should be asked for the Windows password of your Admin account. 3) In the command prompt window, change the directory to the folder you found above. E.g.: cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0 4) In the command prompt window type this: safekids.com update 5) Press the Enter Key 6) Wait until the update is complete and restart the PC
  5. I have just attempted to reproduce the issue: downloaded, installed and ran the application. No detect. We will need Kaspersky product traces with reproduction of the detect and the detected sample. Can you collect these and share privately with me via PM the download link?   16. Hi @tistou77, full installer is usually provided to address a certain issue, as majority of scenarios are covered by online installer. Please let me know the inc number, I will check, there might've been some misunderstanding.
  17. Hey @nexon, I have to disagree with you. Some people have weak eyesight and dark theme helps to add more contrast and see better. And it does help and makes life easier, even if you open Kaspersky for a few minutes a day.

  19. Slowlyness seems to be not connected with this "limitations" issue. Needs to be investigated separately. Do you mind submitting an incident to technical support so that we could request some additional information and investigate further?

Hi all, The warning "There may be some future limitations when running on this version of Microsoft windows 11" appears after application of the update KB5025305 from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/april-25-2023-kb5025305-os-build-22621-1635-preview-2482528b-7e8e-4179-b255-808f484b9c0c We are investigating. The warning should appear only once.

  23. Hi @loriemccl, Sorry to hear about this situation. A call by supervisor was attempted to be made on the 14th of April. Three attempts. We have asked the team to get in touch with you over the phone asap to clarify.
